What a blessing that someone here in Payson recommended I see Kelly Nemire at Payson Day Spa. I made an appointment, and I am still in awe of the transformation. Kelly is incredibly skilled. She knew exactly what my hair needed the moment she saw it. She wove three different colors through my hair, and the result is the most natural, dimensional color I've had in decades. I honestly couldn't believe how perfect it turned out. She also gave me a trim that completely changed the look and feel of my hair--what was limp and bedraggled now looks like it came straight out of a magazine. She immediately responded to my text and invited me in for a consultation the next day (and asked for photos of my hair as well) so we could discuss options and the process. She took the time to listen, provide options, and answered my questions. I went for it and I could not be happier! My hair lightened up more than expected, and she used the perfect toner. She took her time - it took several hours - and it was absolutely worth it. No damage and it looks really beautiful. She gave me a wonderful haircut and blowout as well. I went in after clarifying I had this appointment set for over a month. I got there and the owner was unorganized with other clients as well. I asked for a bob cut, and she tried to tell me I was booked for color. I asked for a little weight off the bottom, no layers. She gave me the choppiest thick layers that are impossible to style. When the light hits it, my hair looks completely botched. She wasn't friendly with me, and didn't receive my criticisms well. It's my hair! I wouldn't recommend at all. I'd rather drive to the valley than ever come here again. My hair is ruined and I will be wearing it up until I can cut it to the length of the shortest layer she gave me. I was ignored. In the otherwise empty little shop. I spoke up and said I wanted a haircut. The nasty lady, and she is a nasty, lazy woman, snarkily said they close at 3pm. Ok, so? I will never give a penny to any business that is so incredibly rude, lazy and disgusting, treating a potential new customer like trash.
