She took the time to listen, provide options, and answered my questions. I went for it and I could not be happier! My hair lightened up more than expected, and she used the perfect toner. She took her time - it took several hours - and it was absolutely worth it. No damage and it looks really beautiful. She gave me a wonderful haircut and blowout as well.
