The last two times I've purchased products here, I was overcharged and had to return to have them make the correction. Today, I calculated in my head the cost, prior to paying. Again, they were overcharging me over $20! I explained they had made an error and the gal argued with me! Finally, she reviewed the purchased and agreed. What is going on? I also pointed out the price on the shampoo was $37, not $38. She stated they just are too busy to change the prices on the bottles! They also don't honor the price on the bottles, so buyer beware! read more

My wife was looking for a product in the hair salon in WM at about 2:15pm today(6.21.20) and the male employee behind the register asked if she had a mask. She responded "no." I have gone to Smart Style for my last three haircuts, each time with a different stylist, and each time with great results. The three ladies who gave me great styles were Lea, Courtney and Jen. Each time I've gone in I've had a vague idea of what I wanted, but I always asked the stylists for their opinion and embraced their creative flair. I have yet to be disappointed. Each time I loved the results, and as I mentioned earlier, I just keep coming back for more. I see cosmetology as an art form, so it's fun to keep my options open to let the creativity flow! Recently I wanted to dye my hair a crazy cool color, and after discussing my options with the stylists, I ended up with a color I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, the color didn't last nearly as long as I hoped it would, so when I went back to the salon to ask what color I should dye it this time, Courtney gave me her spectacular advice and helped me out yet again.
