I went in after clarifying I had this appointment set for over a month. I got there and the owner was unorganized with other clients as well. I asked for a bob cut, and she tried to tell me I was booked for color. I asked for a little weight off the bottom, no layers. She gave me the choppiest thick layers that are impossible to style. When the light hits it, my hair looks completely botched. She wasn't friendly with me, and didn't receive my criticisms well. It's my hair! I wouldn't recommend at all. I'd rather drive to the valley than ever come here again. My hair is ruined and I will be wearing it up until I can cut it to the length of the shortest layer she gave me.
