Unprofessional and useless. I was just trying to get the grays taken out of my hair, and they acted like I was asking for the space shuttle columbia. And to research my own hair color products online. Weird. Weird vibe too. Natalie is particularly lazy and annoying. Some people should get different professions if they're not good at the ones that they have. read more

I went in for cut & highlights, hair treatment, wax chin. No hair treatment & barely got chin waxed by Natalie that Amanda placed me with. Not the nicest, kindest, or most honest beauticians. read more

I can't find anyone in LA to do my hair like Caitlin Marie does. Look at this rich, beautiful red color. She is an amazing master colorist and stylist. She trimmed just enough off my ends, never too much. She knows how much I was traumatized by losing all my hair to cancer a few years ago. Her acrylic nails never damage my natural nails. I will keep flying to Arizona for this Sweet, amazing, hard-working, kick ass, mom to do my beauty! Treat yourself and make an appointment with her today. read more

I drove from Phoenix to see Cait. This is my second CBD treatment. It helps repair dry hair split ends locks in hydration. After my cute and fancy haircut, she applys the CBD treatment then 20mins under the hair dryer. Next my favorite part Cait blows out and uses a special technique of section hair and round brush and twisted the hair under the blow dryer. It creates volume and a soft bouncing style. Recently moving to the area, I am looking for pretty much all services and referrals. I reached out to social media. There were several referrals for this salon . I sch an appointment. They took the time to hear my needs. They didn't try to upsell. I walked feeling absolutely beautiful. I've already booked my next appointment. read more

Went to say Caitlin all the way from New Mexico to get my hair done. She did an amazing job. Pull a nasty copper color I had stuck into a beautiful blonde. Gave me an amazing hair cut, and a CBD treatment. She has great manners and walked through everything she was doing and why with me. read more

If you'd like a cut like mine, go to 806 Beeline Hwy. Shear Oasis Salon. The color stayed in for three days. I paid 200.00 SEE PHOTOS! Environmental photos. I took them in the shop to show (and prove) where I was, and good thing I did because the owner stated online that I cut my own hair. Hmmm? read more

Amber is amazing! She did a beautiful job on my hair and makeup for my wedding at Kohl's Ranch in May. She was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable on my wedding day, especially with my nerves going wild. Her prices were good and you can tell she really cares about what her clients want. I highly recommend Amber! read more

I had an appointment at 9:30 to do a trial hair and makeup for my wedding with Bethany and she never showed up. I drove over an hour to be there, the time was confirmed on multiple occasions and even the day before. She wouldn't answer my texts or calls. If you need anyone reliable for any reason, don't go here. read more

I hired Amber to do the hair and makeup for my wedding in Strawberry. Amber and one of her co workers came on site and did the hair and makeup for me, my mom and my sister. Very reasonably priced, esp for what you get. You can do 2 trials for $25 each which is really nice. I just did one. They did a great job listening to our preferences and feedback. Both of them did a great job with our overall look. I know a lot of about makeup and really appreciated how Amber checked with me along the way. She was very sweet and encouraging. My only complaints are with the co worker that came with Amber. She caused them to be 45 minutes late. With a wedding, the day of schedule is important, so it was a bummer they were late. Luckily I felt laid back and didn't get stressed by it. They worked hard and efficiently and got the job done in time.. You could tell being late stressed them out, and the co worker ended up burning my sister w the curling iron. I think she was frazzled from being so late. Even with that though, the finished products were great, and I felt beautiful. read more

If you're a female that cares about your appearance, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Both Amanda and Amber have really limited hair styling/cutting skills. I know, because I tried each one, and each time, I ended up with a cut that was FAR DIFFERENT from what I wanted. Example, I brought in a pic of a chin-length cut, and walked out with a much shorter cut - a man's cut, cut up and around the ears and no length at all in the back!! Amanda's response? "You can carry it" So forget about getting what you want, they'll give you what they think you can "carry"? Mind you, before the cut, I told her I had been letting my hair grow out for the last 7 months, and that I wanted to let it get longer, but apparently that was beyond her comprehension, 'cause I ended with a cut shorter than it was 7 months before!!! Apparently neither one of them knows how to cut long full beautiful hair without hacking at it with their "thinning shears" that ruins your hair and gives you a hacked-looking cut. I was told years ago by a real professional hair stylist that only hacks who don't know how to cut hair use 'thinning shears'. As much as they may deny it, they do act as if they are either hung over or on drugs, and they certainly don't seem to be able to understand even the simplest requests ... even if you show them pics of the cut you want, you'll end up with a man's short cut ... and then to top it off, they'll blame their incompetence on you!!!! This is most definitely the MOST INCOMPETENT & UNPROFESSIONAL salon I've ever been to. STAY AWAY!! read more

I had an appointment with Maggie, I wanted a pastel pink, all over color. I had gone in with my hair already being pretty light. Maggie insisted on lightening my hair even further, she for some reason left the bleach in my hair for over two hours, mind you bleach shouldn't be left in ones hair longer than 30 minutes. She had no care towards the longevity of my hair. Finally, after having the bleach in my hair for over two hours, she proceeded to rinse it and threw on some pink which was much more vibrant than I had asked; but only at the roots. The ends were still blonde as could be. I did not ask for a reverse ombre what so ever, not to mention my hair was completely fried. She left my hair completely damaged, charged me for a cut color and style but I left the salon with soaking wet hair, not even rinsed out. She told me to come back to have the pink in my hair corrected, since I wanted all over pink, not just the roots. We had set up an appointment to have my hair corrected, but come the day of the appointment she had told me she would be charging me even more money to do so. When I left the salon with something I didn't ask for and she didn't style or cut my hair like I had been charged for. She was extremely rude when I confronted her about being charged to correct her mistake, and I would not recommend anyone who cared about the overall health of their hair to go here. read more
