Several items were cited as defective even…read morethough they were fully functional at the time, other items had previously been inspected and approved by licensed professionals but were flagged unnecessarily by this company.. Most concerning, the inspector inadvertently turned off the gas supply to the HVAC heating system and then reported that the heater was nonfunctional. He also cited that our system did not have a functioning p-trap, which again, was untrue. We paid an unnecessary fee for an HVAC specialist to visit not once but twice!!! This created a misleading inspection result and caused unnecessary concern and loss of the sale.
