Most concerning, the inspector inadvertently turned off the gas supply to the HVAC heating system and then reported that the heater was nonfunctional. He also cited that our system did not have a functioning p-trap, which again, was untrue. We paid an unnecessary fee for an HVAC specialist to visit not once but twice!!! This created a misleading inspection result and caused unnecessary concern and loss of the sale.

He worked with us to find the right placement for the equipment , and the company even incurred some added expenses for some additional testing. Nothing was done until we were satisfied with all decisions. Now, our Radon readings are between .48 and 1.5 down from 6.5. did I mention they were less expensive than the others.
