To make matters worse, none of the employees appeared to be wearing name tags, making it impossible to identify who was assisting customers. Customer service should be a priority, especially when customers are already dealing with equipment problems. This experience at the Staples location on North Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point was extremely disappointing.
