I was there to have my diamond ring repaired as the stone was spinning in the setting. Vali had the Jeweler, Jay come inspect it and he immediately got to work on it. I was shocked that he would take the time to do it right then and there, especially for a new customer. I had a special request for him while he worked on it and he was so accommodating. He was able to repair it and have it back to me while I waited. I had also brought a watch to have the battery replaced so in left that and returned today to pick it up.
