Thursday, September 25 I made the switch to Spectrum. I called and advised them to cancel my service. It took several weeks to roll my phone number over, but I was no longer using their internet and tv services after that date. I received a bill just after the switch, then a full price bill again in October, then a $167 closeout statement! $517 after Service was cancelled. It's only been a few months and truthfully, Spectrum isn't better but it is $180 Cheaper per month. If Frontier hadn't been so dishonest in their billing and gave me an equivalent price, I would come back, but I despise fraudulent practices and I FULLY believe that this is what they have done and I plan to take this farther to stop them from fraudulent billing.

Mediacom came out to service it at least a dozen times, never with any improvement. We had constant service interruptions, usually for about 5 min, but sometimes an entire day. Not once were we credited or given any kind of discount. Instead, they raised our rates every single year till we were paying about $100 a month which is twice as much as other providers out of town. So far I can highly recommend RACE and Starlink. Both have been infinitely better than mediacom.
