I too saved for years to send my husband, son to my husband's childhood friend place in AZ. I have lupus and my husband takes care of me as well as our small home business. I lined people up to help at home, someone to plow, and snow blow in case of snow. Extra I have to pay for because my husband does that & we got 14 inches of snow. I asked about this very scenario and was assured by one of the owners that it would not happen. We bought 3 tickets used all my extra for travel tickets. I called Friday before they left for the airport where pick up would be and asked did we still have tickets. Of course I was reassured our tickets were there. The rest is like everyone else stated not until 2:00 the day of the game do they admit no tickets. This left all of us with no other options. I heard how hard it was to watch on tv but you could hear the crowd. Devastating for them and they tried to put on a happy face for me because stress is really bad for my disease. It can bring on a flare up. I feel so terrible. There are no words. Run from these professional con men. I can't believe that I could sell someone something that I don't have but charge you for it and not deliver. Many broken dreams froom this company. read more

If I could give less than one star I truly would. Paul Jones and the sbtickets.com ruined out trip to the Super Bowl. We, as everyone else, bout our tickets and were assured "guaranteed" even that we would have tickets to the big game just 3 days before kickoff. The day before the game we were told that we probably would not have tickets and that we would be notified by 3pm. Shortly after 3pm we were notified that we might get out me tickets by 2pm on game day and that pickup would be at the stadium. We came to the realization that morning that we would not have tickets and had to pay $1200 to get into a bar to watch the game. I received an email on Monday saying that they had processed my refund and that it would post in 2-3 days. As I write this, it is Tuesday February 10th and I have yet to receive my refund. I like so many others bought tickets to SB49 and I too called multiple times to confirm I had tickets and every time they guaranteed , yes , guaranteed that I had tickets and like everyone else he just stopped talking , shut off the phones , and won't respond to emails . I drove to Arizona from WA State with my husband we saved everything we had for this trip , and they couldn't even be straight forward and tell me they wouldn't be giving me my ticket , they destroyed everything and the worst part is they won't give me my money back !! SBtickets.com and Paul Jones are very disreputable. In November 2014 My husband and I purchased tickets for Superbowl 49. when we got to Phoenix we were told numerous stories from this company as to why they weren't getting us our tickets. First, they said the NFL forced them out of their conference room - That was a lie - as the hotel said SB tickets never had a conference room booked. Then they were having trouble finding another location - then they weren't able to get their second shipment of tickets from the NFL - another lie. While we were waiting for our tickets - we found out from social media that people who had purchased tickets just 2 weeks ago - at much higher prices - had received their tickets. These practices constitute fraud and larceny. We are submitting a formal complaint to the Attorney General's office of New York - and have contacted an attorney to further discuss a class action law suit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED LEGALLY OR APPROPRIATELY. We never got our tickets and our bucket list trip was ruined because of SB Tickets fraudulent behavior. read more

The website is selling Super Bowl ticket packages, so I guess these guys are still in business. Simple update: STAY AWAY.

SBtickets.com is a scam. Paul Jones, their CEO sent his customers who had purchased Super Bowl tickets from him, an email on Thursday evening before the Super Bowl saying his team had to move their distribution venue, and also said we could rest assured that his company had our tickets to get us into the big game. He said he'd let us all know Friday afternoon when and where we could expect to pick up our tickets. He said nothing to his customers until 8:49 am on SATURDAY when he informed us that he could not secure all of the tickets he sold. He said his patrons would be notified by 3pm on Saturday if he had our tickets and that he may be able to get some tickets on Sunday and we should all hold on until Sunday at 2pm to see if we will get our tickets. We never got a call. During this time we tried several times to email and call sbtickets.com and never got a response. I suspect this company found higher bidders for our tickets and sold our experience for a profit to someone else. On game day the seats in the section we purchased were going for $12669. Several complaints were posted all over sbtickets.com Facebook page, but today they removed all of those posts in hopes of putting this behind them. Fortunately, I captured all of these Facebook posts and will be posting them to a website in the coming weeks, along with the emails he sent with false assurances in an attempt to warn consumers against doing business with sbtickets.com and Paul Jones. He is a thief and a liar. He was betting on Super Bowl ticket proces dropping so he could make money on top of our inflated purchase price of $3400 per ticket. His plans failed and he accepts no responsibility for his actions. He also promised to issue refunds, of which I have not received. As said before I have captured ALL of the Facebook complaints and emails to illustrate this companies failure to live up to its commitments and the companies criminal actions. BUYER BEWARE! I assisted a group of people who purchased 10 tickets from Paul Jones at sbtickets.com; we got confirmations for all 10 tickets. Everyone in the group made flight and hotel arrangements to fly to Arizona. On Friday at 4pm, after everyone was in Arizona, I got the first notice from Paul that our tickets were not going to be fulfilled. On Saturday at noon, the group arrived at the ticket pick up location and no ticket representative was available to explain what was happening. There were no solutions offered by Paul. At that time, with the current ticket prices, it was not possible for people to purchase replacement tickets. Paul stopped responding to messages after Saturday at 5:33 p.m. and his phone went directly to voicemail. At my request, the original game ticket money was returned by end of day Monday. However, Paul never communicated disappointment about this group missing the Super Bowl, nor did he offer any information on reimbursing the group's travel expenses. These 10 people are heartbroken and angry at missing this once in a lifetime opportunity with nothing to cover their out-of-pocket costs for sitting in Arizona, not at the game. SBTickets is a disgrace. Do not buy tickets from SBTickets!! Customer's bought tickets to the SuperBowl months in advance and they told them the day before that they won't be receiving tickets! Terrible communication and just a disgraceful way to run a business. How can you confirm tickets have been purchased and allocated to people but then not be able to deliver? Providing a refund to customers is not a resolution to your inability to deliver tickets. People wanted to attend the SuperBowl. People travelled from all over the world to attend the Superbowl and SBTickets ruined people's holidays. People planned and saved for months even years but clearly that's not a factor for SBTickets. It's all about the $$$. As a bare minimum SBTickets should refund double the ticket price paid to cover flight and accommodation costs. But the reality remains that SBTickets ruined an experience of a lifetime for people and no amount of money will change that. Do not buy tickets from SBTickets!! read more

Do not use this company. I paid for tickets for Super Bowl 49 and like the other reviewers found out at the last minute that we would not be getting the tickets. They've already taken my money and didn't provide the product I purchased. They indicate they will provide a refund for the ticket price, which I have yet to see, but that doesn't make up for the lost experience of actually taking my 88 year old mother to the game to see her team play. Needless to say she was devastated that she lost that opportunity and will most likely not have the opportunity again to do so. Not to mention all of the other expenses incurred to actually come to Arizona, thinking we had tickets to the game and ended up not. The company strung us out until the last minute, putting us in a position to not give us time to try to find other tickets (not to mention that they had already taken our money, so we didn't have available cash to purchase more tickets). Their website indicated that if you purchased tickets through their website, we were guaranteed to get the tickets, which obviously was not true. read more
