I was able to score a ticket to ART with James Corden, Neil Patrick Harris and Bobby Cannavale (HIGHLY recommend the show!). Now, I don't know if this is typical: but I was offered two seats by the TKTS salesperson -- one was in mezzanine and one was in the orchestra. Maybe I could have asked if there were others? Like, other seats in the section? Maybe they tried to sell me the highest price seat in the section? Regardless, I'm happy I was able to get a ticket same day that was slightly discounted. 2025: 57/100

It feels like paradise watching your favorite band and what you're experiencing is a moment in time. If it rains? Hey, the show must go on! I have seen over the years some incredible acts perform at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater. Earth, Wind and Fire, John Mayer, Sammy Hager, ZZ Top, Carol King, Rod Stewart, 1/2 of the Who, John Fogerty, Long Islands own Mariah Carey, Meatloaf, Linda Ronstadt as well as Hall & Oates who always closed with "Hot Fun in the Summertime". One of the most perfect nights, when you could heart a pin drop (I even nudged my wife and said this song is going to be incredible) Todd Rundred sang Love is the answer So perfectly I still get chills. Sammy Hager came out on stage wearing an Islander Shirt! During the beginning of Linda Ronstadt show, she announces to the crew to shut off all the cameras. Huh? Then she starts singing songs from Nelson Riddle? We're all booing and I scream: Play Desperado! She yells back and says, check your ticket. The show is Nelson Riddle songs. Her voice is angelic but we all walked out. Brian Wilson just passed and we went to see The Beach Boys play last weekend. The group played an awesome tribute to him with over 50 years of clips. Watching all his accomplishments, he wasn't able to see all the love from both the fans and the band for him that night. I've been to many other concert halls but my heart is always at Jones Beach Theatre.

Our "spin" landed us 3 tickets in the center of row F for Spamalot. The show was absolutely hysterical. Thanks to Broadway Roulette for making this seamless. We had a great time.

You get the option to cross off a few titles you do not want to see or maybe you have seen before. You can pay an additional fee if you would like to cross off more. For me, because I've seen so many shows, I went with that option. I still ended up getting a show I've seen before, but that's okay because it turned out to be an amazing experience seeing it on Broadway. I've always experienced the national tours. Once you have an account though and use it you won't get duplicate shows. So the next time I visit New York it's work a shot. The seats were decent enough but I'm semi skeptical because the price of the ticket almost comes out to what you would pay at the box office anyways so how much are you truly saving? There are different ways to have your experience, and you can upgrade if you prefer orchestra seats. The cool thing is the anticipation of not finding out what show you're going to see until the morning of. Overall I would do it again though.

Our seats in the amphitheater were in section 403 row 3. My husband purchased the tickets. We were pretty dead center. The section isn't close to the stage, but there are two large screens that project live camera footage of the performers on stage. We parked in the non-premier parking lots (no extra charge) where it's about a 12 minute walk to the PNC Banks Arts Center itself. We were fine with the distance. All the vendors from food and drink areas to the merch stations were all friendly and kept it moving. Crowd control was fine overall, but there was some confusion about the lines entering the venue. It wasn't clear right away that there was a non-bag entry line and a bag entry line. A few people were walking to the front to get the the non-bag entry line, and I swear it got a little tense when people who had been waiting started shouting. A staffer in a yellow vest eventually cleared it up, but perhaps more signage would help diffuse any situations like that lol. It was a great concert and fun time at PNC Bank Arts Center!

First off, parking here isn't too bad. I do feel as though the paid parking is pretty expensive, but it's fairly close to the venue. They could make things clearer getting into parking, but besides that it's not too difficult to navigate. At the end of the night, getting out of the venue through the premium parking is fairly easy. After that, the security process is also relatively easy. The security here has been super friendly and quick. I did find it somewhat annoying that on a particular night, they were not clear with directions until the last minute, but besides that I entered security relatively fast. When it comes to navigating to our seats, I have never had an issue. The staff are pretty helpful, and I've never had a bad view from seats as close as the 100s sections to as far as the decks. Food and drink here has become surprisingly good, although it's VERY expensive. I always get the nachos, which are surprisingly tasty and have a nice variety of ingredients. Even the chicken tenders are pretty tasty. The $2 hot dog is a simple, cheap bite that I often can't pass up on. They also carry some unique and yummy pre-packaged food, like the CVT soft-serve ice creams. Lines for food usually move pretty quickly and never get too long! Additionally, the bathrooms are surprisingly clean and there are a ton of stalls. I never have to wait, even during busy times, just because they have SO many stalls and clear vacant/occupied signs. Overall, this venue looks great and has had some excellent improvements in the last few years. While things can be very pricey, I feel like this venue has a lot of excellent features that I have to praise.
