Nice Italian restaurant with lovely decor and delicious food. We ordered the ravioli and lasagne for our midday lunch/brunch which was porportioned to perfection. Will we return? Yes!

Neighborhood spot. Seems like it's always busy but expect low wait times because they have an abundance of seating indoor/outdoor. Service was great and ambiance is warm and inviting. Ordered off restaurant week menu which included app, main dish and dessert. Pictured is the ricotta and fettuccini, also ordered tiramisu. All were fantastic. The ricotta was my favorite, enjoy the combo.

    Branzino, absolutely delicious.

Impeccable service. Attentive, knowledgeable, detail oriented staff. Our new go-to for Italian food in the city. We had Branzino which was carefully wrapped in paper, and packed with delicious moist fish and potatoes, olives, tomato, and more. Absolutely stunning presentation and flavors. We also had the Fettucini Bolognese, which was extraordinary. The Arancini were very small for $19, and not very "Italian" tasting, but they had their own style and flavor profile, with a ton of deep cheesy flavors and a light pesto lemon dipping sauce. I asked for a side of tomato sauce. I thought it would naturally come with it. Abundance of delicious homemade bread, was brought o our table. I also loved the ambiance of this restaurant. It had a very cozy feeling while maintaining its upscale design sensibilities. I would 100% recommend this restaurant for upper west side Italian dining.

Great ambiance and service! They were very accommodating with our stroller and baby. We were able to enjoy a bottle of wine and their lunch special (which is a steal! $34 for a full sized app and entree). Loved the mussels in white wine. Very flavorful. The felice Sangiovese was delicious. Everything felt like a little reminder of Italy.

    MmmHomemade pasta!! Spaghetti Carbonara-delicious!!!

Goodness gracious, I thought I had updated my review from 8 years ago, but apparently I must have only updated the review in my head...LOL...So, if you are thinking about dining here, I'd say it's a definite YES!!! I love the homemade pasta, so I'll always ask if this particular pasta I might be thinking of ordering is homemade. I've had the tagliatelle with mushrooms, and right now, I can't recall the last pasta I had, but I can tell you anything I've had, in terms of pasta, has been quite delicious. The last time I was here at Felice, with a friend, I decided to have dessert after my pasta, so I specifically asked if the cheesecake was Italian Cheesecake, which is made with ricotta cheese, instead of cream cheese, like New York cheesecake, and the Italian cheesecake can have a texture that is a little grain-y, in the best way. The male server said yes, that it was Italian cheesecake. But, alas, upon arrival, my friend and I looked at each other, and I said, this looks like regular cheesecake, so I tasted it, and it was NOT Italian cheesecake. And since that was the only cheesecake I felt like eating, I sent the cheesecake back. I would expect a restaurant to know the difference between these two types of cheesecakes. Bottom line--there is good eating to be had here. Now, I've been told by my neighbors that the wines are very nice here, and that the owners have a winery in Italy. Next time I'll ask about that, but, if you like wine, I think you'd be happy here. Tried to add more photos but I'm not able to right now. Tried 3x

Great ambience, good lambrusco, great pasta. Had a great time for dinner here, we were seated at a nice round table inside which was great for a group of 4. I ordered the truffle sausage papardelle which was amazing. everyone at my table enjoyed their pastas. great spot if you're craving italian on the UES

Felice's has such a fun ambience and vibe. It's so cool definitely sexy. The service was great very prompt. They are very attentive. They got to us every time we needed them constantly refilling and replacing our napkins which was awesome. The food was absolutely spectacular the Cavalini salad, the meatballs, the lasagna and then I had special the day which should be on the menu actually delicious comes with shrimp and artichoke with a brown butter sauce and then we had a delicious dessert with ice cream that was so creamy and a yummy hazelnut cake so good highly recommend this place is the place to go those things are my absolute favorite!! Enjoy!!!

I came here on a Saturday for Happy Hour (everyday from 4-6 pm). My friend and I sat outside and got 2 sprites ($12). They were yummy and it was such a vibe to just sit outside and people watch. They also gave us complimentary bread and olive oil!

We came here for my friend's birthday celebration and we were very happy with our choice. We split a wonderful bottle of wine and the server was both knowledgeable and helpful with our choices for the wine and our appetizers and entrees. As a vegan, it is not always easy to find something on the menu but I had the most wonderful pasta. We are both looking forward to returning to this beautiful restaurant. The ambiance is fantastic!

I had an event on the upper east side, and found this place nearby. Made reservations ( it filled up rather quickly on a Wednesday! It was just a cute ambiance! Cozy atmosphere. The waitress was amazing. They had CYNAR, and it was the best spritz I've had yet far! I ordered the salmon with a side of potatoes ( I realized after my salmon had a whipped potato underneath. But the roasted potatoes were so good ( you can share) my friend had the branzino and said it was great. The bread was great too! Can't wait to come back!

The pasta and wine are fantastic. They also make a fantastic Negroni variation of which there are several. Great wine list & simple yet perfectly balanced pasta dishes. Service is great, they accommodated our party of 4 quite late in the night and the waiters were very knowledgeable and kind! Ambiance is great it's dim and warm great for a date or casual drink.

Delicious Italian Food! My kids are still talking about the Cacio de Pepe and Carbonara- best they have ever had. Great wine selection as well!

We shared Betsy's Mom's Clam Dip, Mushroom Toast, Bitter Greens Salad, Minted Lamb Meatballs, and duck pâté. The meal opened with the clam dip; cool, lush, and briny, with a creamy oceanic richness that coated the palate; followed by a tangy, salty depth that clung to each crunchy bite of bread. The Mushroom Toast followed with deeper savoriness: earthy, almost forest-floor mushrooms, warm and tender, turning silky as they soaked into the bread, while the edges stayed crisp and toasted, adding contrast to the woodsy umami and subtle garlic warmth. The Bitter Greens Salad provided a bright, palate-cleansing break that included crisp and peppery greens with a sharp lemony dressing that snapped on the tongue, layered with faint fennel sweetness and the nutty, salty bite of shaved parmesan. The Minted Lamb Meatballs arrived richer and more comforting, tender and juicy with a gentle gamey depth, lifted by fresh mint that cut through the richness, and a cool, tangy tomato-yogurt sauce that added creaminess and brightness in equal measure. We finished with pâté--silky, dense, and deeply savory, with a faint iron-rich intensity and buttery smoothness, especially when spread on bread with sharp, briny pickles that added crunch and acidity. Each dish felt intentional and well-balanced for sharing, with varied textures and temperatures that built naturally across the table. I'd happily return to explore more of the menu.

The menu is fairly on the basic side - mainly drinks and pastries and there is some sandwiches. We decided to get the hot chocolate with whip cream (the whip cream is very needed). It was very rich, thick and delicious and not "too sweet." The whip cream really makes it more creamy and it does not really add to the sweetness which was good. We also got a side of Salame e Formaggio which I would recommend passing on because the cheese was kind of hard and not that great. The salami was good and honestly I'm not a fan of olives but my friend who liked it enjoyed them. Overall - a cute place to stop by for a hot chocolate and maybe a pastry!

We got a torta caprese (flourless chocolate cake), a sfogliatella, a hot chocolate, and a machiatto. The torta caprese was okay. The sfogliatella, which is supposed to be light and crisp, was clearly stale and chewy, although they warmed it up which was a helpful touch. The hot chocolate was reviewed on Instagram as being super rich and decadent, but it was made from a mix that smelled oddly similar to Swiss Miss. the machiatto was also quite watery. Though they didn't serve the sprite-infused red wines I enjoyed in Spain, they did serve white sangrias, which were light, sweet, and very enjoyable. The toasted bread with tomatoes was bright and summery. The grilled asparagus was cooked wonderfully al dente, with a char that added a nice smoky flavor against the clean taste of the drizzled olive oil. The beef skewers were well seasoned and fatty. While the food was Spanish, the prices certainly were not! It was a tad pricey. There wasn't anything below $13 for their small bites. I chose the shrimp in garlic sauce (oil) that I sopped up with the accompanied bread, the dates wrapped in bacon (they do their own twist by filling it with honey ricotta stuffing and finishing it with a red wine reduction), I also went with cod fish croquettes (the perfect crispness on the outside and a delectable creamy texture of fish inside), I can never pass up the patatas bravas, so, I got those too. I had a glass of a beautiful, crisp, white Chardonnay off the menu from Spain. Definitely a must try if you are looking for a quick meal for one.
