I asked about this very scenario and was assured by one of the owners that it would not happen. We bought 3 tickets used all my extra for travel tickets. I called Friday before they left for the airport where pick up would be and asked did we still have tickets. Of course I was reassured our tickets were there. The rest is like everyone else stated not until 2:00 the day of the game do they admit no tickets. This left all of us with no other options. I heard how hard it was to watch on tv but you could hear the crowd. Devastating for them and they tried to put on a happy face for me because stress is really bad for my disease. It can bring on a flare up. I feel so terrible. There are no words. Run from these professional con men. I can't believe that I could sell someone something that I don't have but charge you for it and not deliver. Many broken dreams froom this company.

Shortly after 3pm we were notified that we might get out me tickets by 2pm on game day and that pickup would be at the stadium. We came to the realization that morning that we would not have tickets and had to pay $1200 to get into a bar to watch the game. I received an email on Monday saying that they had processed my refund and that it would post in 2-3 days. As I write this, it is Tuesday February 10th and I have yet to receive my refund. Actions are being taken...believe me actions are being taken.

There's almost always a really long wait. I've waited over an hour before. This time I went almost half hour before opening and ended up waiting about 45 minutes in the sun. If you will be in the area for a longer timeframe and have time to see multiple shows, you can actually show your ticket stub from within 7 days and get in the fast pass line where the wait is closer to 10-15 minutes. I also saw a note on the TKTS app that you can use the fast pass line if you have a ticket for the big bus tour.

We've ROCKED out with metal cover bands and most recently sang the blues with a seasoned guitarist. The one thing that remains constant is the good times we, as attendees have. The friendly ushers, servers and bartenders are as much a part of contributing to the ambiance as the performers. We feel fortunate having a venue right here on Long Island where we can enjoy quality acts. Looking forward to many more performances!! Truth is that the same seats are still for sale on their own website for a similar price and either they just did not want to honor their commitment as a seller to StubHub or are just simply hoping that people look to buy those tickets at the good price they are listed for so Select-a-Ticket can bait and switch them to crappier seats. Thankfully my interactions were moderated thru StubHub who found me comparable tickets I presume from a different seller. Stay away from this crew!
