Let's start off with the stadium is great. People was nice. We had great seats. Front row right behind the dugout. They won 5-1 with a great game all around. The pitcher was amazing. The whole team did well. It was my daughter's second Gemelli and she had a ball. We came in went to the shop. I got her a Ducks tee shirt and a number one hand. That came up to $40. After that we got cotton candy and a Powerade that was $14. It was a lot of action for the home team a home run and some great plays. Around the 6th inning a player by the name of River Towns told my 9 year old to meet her near the side and he gave her a baseball. We're very much appreciative and she was super happy! I'm very thankful for Mr. Towns for that and so is she. One of her new favorite players. We had other plans and wasn't going to go to the game but she wanted to go so it paid off. read more

So I was taken here by my girlfriend and her family for a fun night. The stadium was super easy to find. Parking is free and covered which is also nice as well. The stadium for a private team was pretty nice and really good seats for the price. Can't complain. The food though and pricing was wild for a local team. 9$ beers? Oof, that loses points with me, even for the cheap beer. That's not friend prices. The QauckerJack mascot was hilarious and super friendly with fans and I saw him/her interact great with special needs fans which scores high marks with me. It is all about the money there, it shows they do not care for the fans themselves, unless you are a minor and family to a big sponsor. While some workers do stand out as being decent people, most seem like they have a phony smile, and a general weak security team. Real funny that the season ticket holders are barely checked there, as many walk in with duffle bags stuffed with clothing,and all a posted guard would do is an outer pat down search of the bag. Entering the park is simple. It what happens before and after you enter. My son and daughter in law had to empty my three year old grandsons thermos to enter. When they entered they had to purchase a drink from the concession stand. The food cost is outrageous. Chicken fingers and fries are $10.00. It does not come with a drink. A hot dog $6.00, no drink. I had to wait in line at least fifteen minutes. Then we waited five minutes for the hot dog. We should have went to Wendy's. Some of the other teams have a $1.00 hot dog night. I don't believe the Ducks have that. The Ducks do not have a senior package for tickets. Some of the other teams have it. It consists of ever Tuesday game for $55.00. Some team prices are lower, some alittle higher. You have good views from the stadium no matter where you sit. Parking is free and easy to leave. Not many people are wearing a mask. You don't know who is vaccinated. They should place vaccinated people on the first base side and non vaccinated people on the third base side. Eat before you go to the game. A family of four will cost at least $60.00 for food. A bottle of water $5.00. A beer $10.00. Soda $3.00 and $5.00. Do not bring food or water with you. They will not let you in with it. Love the local feel of the stadium but not a great experience. Ordered tickets via phone bc my daughter is in a wheelchair due to a broken ankle. The man who helped me on the phone said our seats might be spaced out but if they were too far we could ask for a chair. It was a crapshow when we arrived with multiple people seated in our section. Usher said our tickets were for 2 wheelchair spots and two regular seats. Seriously! I had to go to main level and talk ask someone to bring us a chair. Chair is regular plastic folding chair. Not happy. Absolute worst concession stand ever....slowest service I have ever seen in my life. Have been on line for 15 min and still waiting at least 15 min for food after ordering after spending $70 to feed two kids and two adults! Came here to watch a game, not stand in line and wait. Yes yes yes. Everything about the stadium is just perfect. Going to a game here is affordable and will not break the bank. With our a doubt family friendly. For an extra few dollars they have inflatable jump houses and obstacle courses for the kids to enjoy. The staff are all courteous and welcoming. They offer plenty choices of beer on tap. The food is nothing special, it's what you would expect at any stadium. The mascot makes plenty of rounds and is very friendly you will with out a doubt have an opportunity to take a picture with him/her. Bring a glove this place is foul ball central. After the game be sure to check the bushes just outside the stadium for balls. I've always found at least 1. If you are looking for something to do with friends or family I 100 percent Recommend! Not going to lie, I love going to the Ducks games. I'm a huge fan of baseball, and to be honest, I don't want the cost or time for the major league teams. A couple of hours in the car versus a couple of exits. It's not even close. The Ducks game isn't all about baseball. It's a family park. The prices are extremely affordable and if you sign up when you get there, you can play some games on the field. Found that out recently. The one drawback is that they don't like to cancel for rain, so you could wait a few hours. However, that's understandable due to the costs to a minor league team. Also, since it is a minor league team, check the calendar to see if there is a special event going on. Firework shows happen often. I highly recommend this to anyone that likes baseball or wants an inexpensive night of entertainment. read more

(lazy Monday) Here's the rundown: -Parking was free and easy (Yankee stadium is $35 to park...for OFF games) -Fast and multiple will-call ticket windows -Not a bad seat in the house (Tickets range from 10-15$) -Blue Point toasted lager on tap (Love this. Hate forcing down warm Coors Light in plastic bottles) -Ample room in and between seats (no ones junk or arse is in your face when they need to get by) -Fun crowd (everyone was into the game...even though they probably couldn't name 2 players on the field) -Events in between every inning (9 hot dog races? I'm cool with that). -A Ducks 9th inning victory (!) -Grucci firework show after the game (!!) -Easy out after the game (told her I had an appt early in the AM. Wait, that was a different night) So, yea, you can actually see a solid baseball game in a nice ball park on Long Island and have a brew for under $20. Not too shabby Ducks. Not too shabby McShabters. I will def be at more games this season. On a side note, if I had a fam this would be my go-to spot. It's probably cheaper than going to Chuck E Cheese and costs the about the same as going to the movies (but you're outside, and you get to see baseball, not the Chipmunks Christmas Carol...Part 3). Visited this past Monday night and I was blown away by the experience. My grandpa was honored for being a Korean War veteran which is why we were there. Love the fact that the parking is free. Grounds were clean & everything fairly easy to find. What a cute ballpark! Very family friendly & the games they play with the kids between each inning is very cute. Although our seats were behind home plate, the ballpark is small enough to see that there isn't a bad seat in the house. The food was good & fairly priced. I had a turkey wrap & it came with macaroni salad & a bag of chips. Best part of the whole night was when they honored my grandpa & the crowd stood up for him. Melted my heart! Thanks to everyone there for the great experience. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, every single person employed there was friendly & helpful! The restaurant used to be the highlight of my ballpark experience: good food (they even had steak and salmon), good drinks and good service with fantastic seats for the game. That experience, sadly, is a thing of the past. The seats are still good, but the menu is scaled down to be a glorified concession stand...with terrible service. The kitchen takes forever with *every* course. Plan on watching the first 3 innings on television. The Duck Club is not worth the extra expense. It will be a long time before I return. Have now been to 2 games, both Sunday day games, and I am a fan! If you're looking for the the professionalism of the Yankees this is not for you! Remember this is an Atlantic league team where the entire teams salary cap is $75,00 per year (average player only makes $725 a month before taxes) so the players play for fun and a little extra cash. But if you are looking for a less (FAR LESS) expensive way to see a game and enjoy yourself this could be your ticket. (Pun intended) First off it's easy to get to. No driving 1 or 2 hours and waiting to pay $25 at Citifield or more at Yankee Stadium. Easy to get to and free parking. Gotta love that! Next it's very family friendly. Lots of kids around who are asking questions and learning about the game. They also do fun events between innings for the kids to watch like sack races and pie eating contests. Third it's cheap! 2 tickets 8 rows behind the home dugout were $32 even with all the fees. So for that price you get 5 hours of fun. The food is not cheap but it's also not super expensive. Beers are $8 a pop which is still less than a lot of major league parks. The only problem I have with the concession stands is that there lot of families ordering a lot of food and asking for "special" orders for the kids. That slows up the service but you can still see the game very well from the concession stands if you want to so no biggie. So if you're still reading this: Pros-Ease of travel, free parking, not expensive so if your kids want to leave after the 3rd inning you didn't waste $200, good seats in 80% of stadium, and family friendly. Cons-Not pro-ball, kids all over running around, and not super cheap food. read more

The quality of baseball is excellent, i would equate it to triple AAA on its best days and a very good double AA on bad days. Ex NY Met Edgardo Alfonzo is the teams biggest star, while '69 World Series Champ Bud Harrelson is part time coach and part owner. Overall the LI Ducks experience rates 5 stars as an affordable, family oriented fun event that any baseball fan should take advantage of, especially if you are relatively local. First Ducks game for us on June 4, 2022 to celebrate my grandson's birthday. Great seats were bought online. All good there, including free parking. The horrors involved the totally mismanaged, overwhelmed, SLOW food vending area. Ducks knew that there was going to be a big crowd this night. It was a promotional night for schools from what I was told. My daughter and son in law left us about 15 minutes into the game to pick up dinner for our group - chicken fingers, dogs, etc. Well, 30 minutes later, we called her and she said the line was still long. End of the long tortured story is it took her and my son in law on TWO lines an hour and 20 minutes to get served. Point I'm making is . . . . eat before you come to the game and save your money and your time. Also, we left halfway thru the game because it was ridiculously LONG!
