The burgers are amazing. But the drinks did take a while to make. Other than that the vibe is great and customer service is amazing

Consistently excellent -- true hidden gem…read more Florida Chophouse has been outstanding every single time. I've been three times now, and the experience is consistently excellent across the board. The food is phenomenal. The lobster bisque, lamb chops, Wagyu steak, and Brussels sprouts were all absolutely on point -- well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely professional. They know the menu, make great recommendations, and actually care about the experience -- something that's becoming rare. It's an unassuming hidden gem tucked inside the Trianon Hotel, which makes it even better once you discover it. They also have a great happy hour special, making it an excellent value as well. Perfect spot for celebrations, date nights, or special occasions. If you're looking for quality food and service you can count on, this place delivers every time. Highly recommend.

We hit this place up for their happy hour brunch/dinner deal and let me tell you--it's a steal…read more Between 3:30 and 5:30, grab a drink and you're looking at 30% off steaks and 50% off everything else (sides and desserts excluded). That's the kind of math I like. Started strong with crab cakes and a Caesar salad--wish I'd snapped a photo because they were on point. My 8oz filet came out cooked exactly how I wanted it, nice and tender, though it could've used a bit more seasoning to really make it sing. My wife went with the salmon and crushed it--perfectly done, great choice. Sides? Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes, both solid. No complaints. Now here's the pro tip: order the soufflé the second your entree hits the table. It takes extra time, but it's worth the wait. Rich, decadent chocolate and vanilla with a mixed berry sauce that ties it all together. Dangerously good. All in all, a great meal and a fun new spot to add to the rotation. We'll be back.

Beautifully decorated restaurant, very clean. Service was perfect, let Luis take good care of you…read more We tried one of the ceviches that was quite flavorful and plenty to share. We ordered the meat lovers patellar, and although they said it feeds 4, we knew we would have left overs to share the next night. There was plenty more for tomorrow. Blended seasons for the varied meats were impressive. Can't wait to go back to try their other dishes. Too many choices to go only once. As I watched other dishes come out from the kitchen, presentation was impeccable and looked top notch. Look at that dessert Run don't walk.

I stopped in for dinner in the middle of the week. I was greeted by asking if I had a reservation…read more The dining room wasn't close to full so it caught me off guard. They seated me at a table next to the fireplace/wine wall/by the restrooms. I thought it was a cool spot to be until one of the waitresses stepped over my purse to half climb the wall looking for something specific that she couldn't locate. Not exactly the most comfortable experience. The food was great though. Ordered the lomo saltado and they let me swap one of the starchy sides for a salad. The beef was tender, flavor was on point, and the portion was fair for the price. By the time I left there were two birthday parties and someone coming to celebrate graduation. It was definitely close to a full house once I was walking out the door!

This wad the first time trying Bistro 41. It was delicious! ...and expensive. We started with wine…read moreand I had a Willy Wonkatini (chocolate martini) .. it was really good! (kinda on the smaller side) i did end up getting a second one ($15 each). For apps we got the tuna cervichi and flatbread. (I do not eat raw tuna, so I have no option on that dish. But the rest of the table ate it up) The flat bread was great too. It had black olives, figs, tomatoes and lots of cheese. For dinner we each ordered something different. I got the crab cake stuffed Salmon with seasoned spinach and mashed topped with, what i think the waitress said was lobster sauce.. altho my friend that got the seafood risotto was supposed to have the same sauce on top but hers was a much more red color. The risotto was another great dish. It had scallops, big shrimps and muscles in it. Cooked perfectly. My friend had the Sicilian Penne. He said: It was a delicious pasta dish with sausage and cannellini beans. The Gorgonzola cheese was an amazing addition that really took the dish to the next level. Our server Sydney was great. She let us know they were short staffed some wait ataff and she may have been backed up (there was probably 6 tables in there at the time idk.. where I waitress i have a 12 table station, and its fast paced..) but she still a great job. The restaurant its self love nice after the renovations, but inqoukdnhave never known it was a finer dining place rather then a typical breakfast diner from the outside of it. Ill be back! There were other things on the menu I'd like to try. (Please, dont mind the photos, we were all just so excited to dig in i didn't remember to take pics till we were 1/4 of the way into eating)

Food was served hot and it was delicious. Portions were generous. Prices were fair…read more Service was terrific Can't wait to go back
