For food we ordered Shrimp Mofongo and the Crocante Pernil. Both dishes were excellent. The shrimp were seasoned really well and the garlic sauce on top of the mofongo just added even more flavor. The Crocante Pernil was the star of our lunch. It's a mofongo wrapped in a giant pork rind stuffed with pernil. The pork rind was perfectly crisp and the pernil was moist and a really good portion size. Once again another great meal at Grillers, and I can't wait to go back and try it for dinner.

I waited a few minutes and decided to look at the receipts that were with the orders and did not see my name. There were a few orders that I could not see the name; not even the receipt and I did not want to touch the orders, so I kept waiting. I waited about 16 minutes until another server asked for my name. She looked at the order right in front of me and handed it to me. Ridiculous! While we were waiting to be attended the cashier/receptionist & the food server had a lot on her plate. She was pouring some coffee, for a previous order. When she was done she was sorting out coffee cups. She was about to attend to us & the phone rang and she answered then proceeded to take the order. This took 20 minutes by the time the order was made, and the information on the credit card was given. They had to do it again because the card declined. My suggestion to this restaurant is to get more help or attend to the customers that have been waiting before you take an order on the phone. So essentially the person on the phone just skipped me. Not a good way to run a establishment. This is the only reason why I gave a 3 star review and I don't recommend the coffee. It's not craft coffee. It's your typical pot of coffee style but if you don't mind it then you're good.
