Ecuadorian restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and service was great. As an Ecuadorian, this place was a good find.

Definitely do not recommend. Not only was the food not very good but also the customer service. The food was pretty bland and my steak was sooo overcooked it had the texture of paper mache-- bleh. The flan was inedible, burnt and overcooked. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the flan because it was thrown away so quickly. As for the customer service... we were treated rudely by who I think is the owner/manager, which made it worse. He must've assumed I don't speak Spanish. He started complaining to an employee right in front of me of how long we were taking to order, and the just walked away in annoyance. I guess as first time visitors we should know exactly what we're ordering and order within 60 seconds. I ended placing my order IN Spanish and addressing the rude comment. My group was hungry and still wanted to try the food, if not I would've left-- & I guess I should've by how disappointing the food was.

Amazing food I order daily and price

Chicken cravings are real for a gal who cannot go a day without eating chicken. A friend recommended this family operated Mexican restaurant with the best chicken dish that came with white rice. House sauce and garlic sauce sets the bar. Heard the fried wings are pretty bomb too, so will order that next time. Therefore, a return will definitely be made to this family friendly owned restaurant.

This place didn't have many reviews so wanted to try. Definitely a hole in the wall spot. Knowing me, I had to try something different on the menu. I could barely understand anything on the menu . I ordered the Mofongo with chicken.. definitely different, never had it before. Googled what it went well with, garlic sauce. Tried them together, not really a fan but everything was cooked well. i did a bottled drink as well.. All staff starred didn't really speak. Try it for yourself ‍

Pollo D'oro is a Latin American family owned restaurant created by two brothers and their families working together to bring you delicious and authentic flavors. Everyone at this restaurant is warm and welcoming from the time you walk through the door to ensure you the best experience they can offer. The menu offers a number of dishes where the protein can be ordered on its own or in a meal for yourself or family portion. Meals offered include options for certain sides, while you can order other sides separately. You can see everything behind the scenes when looking past the counter to see how your dishes are made. All meats are fresh and marinated in tropical juices and spices. While waiting for your food, check out the sauce bar filled with delicious concoctions you can create for your palate. My favorites include the garlic sauce for fried items, while I enjoy the house sauce and pink sauce for my grilled chicken. The house sauce has nice spices, while the pink sauce is more mellow and is mayonnaise based. My favorite dish was the grilled chicken because it was SO flavorful, moist and tender with crispy skin. The flavors are amazing and makes my mouth water starting a few hours after eating this dish. I wish I had more... if only I lived closer. The yellow rice brings its own flavors to the table and served with some vegetables mixed in. Another chicken dish not photographed (because I was too excited and ate it fast) is their Fried Chicken Wings, which is great when dipped in the garlic sauce.

I recently went to Orlando for a conference, and while we spent the majority of our time in a large…read moreresort and convention center, the leadership of the organization hosting the conference hosted a special dinner in one of the reservable ballrooms at the Cuba Libre Restaurant. I believe it may have been the Havana Ballroom. There was plenty of food, drinks, and mingling. The Cuba Libre Restaurant staff were great, and the venue was well laid out and worked for this event very well. When we arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening for our event, we first mingled around the tables and near the cash bar. There were a bunch of large tables that we began to fill out. As our program began and announces made and awards given out, appetizers were passed out. We were offered Guacamole Cubano, Mama Amelia's Empanadas, and Shrimp Cocktail which we passed around to the entire table. Personally, I skipped the guacamole and shrimp dishes but absolutely loved the empanadas. Yum! Then, an individual Cuban House Salad was passed out with red wine vinaigrette. This was also quite tasty. Next came the entrees including a choice of Salmon Paradiso, Ropa Vieja, Citrus Chicken, or Paella Vegetariana. I was trying to decide between the Ropa Vieja (beef brisket) and the Citrus Chicken. While the Citrus Chicken sounded perfect, I asked the serving staff their advice, and they recommended the Ropa Vieja for a true taste of Cuba. I was happy that I did even though it may have been more heavy and with a kick than I was expecting. I'm still glad I ordered it though. It was wonderfully prepared! And then, everyone received Cuban Flan for dessert. The Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar celebrates Cuban heritage and explores Cuban flavors, music, art, and traditions. The mission of the restaurant is to provide an "escape" to Havana through exciting food and beverages and entertainment experiences to celebrate the Cuban people and their culture. Orlando hosts one of several of this restaurant around the United States. This restaurant is in the midst of the Pointe Orlando. You can find details on their website: https://cubalibrerestaurant.com/en/orlando. You can find menus, entertainment, blogs, make reservations, specials, and more. The Cuba Libre Restaurant is open for brunch on weekends from 12 PM to 4 PM, for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM, Friday from 5 PM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 4 PM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM. Happy Hour is at the bar and bar tables on weekdays from 5 PM to 6 PM and weekends from 4 PM to 6 PM. They have a special Chef's Tasting menu during dinner. They also host weekend nightlife and shows on Fridays with a live band from 7:30 PM to 12:15 AM and a DJ and dancing from 10 PM to 2 AM on both Fridays and Saturdays. It was certainly a great event and a fun place to be!

We mentioned we had a reservation but we were early and they were able to accommodate us. The indoor dining area is lovely with that old school Florida feel. Beautiful spanish and Cuban decor. There also an outdoor seating area which was empty on our visit due to the rain storm, humidity and heat. Our waiter was on top of everything, friendly and very knowledgeable. The food, I grew up on Cuban food and cant help but compare all Cuban food to my dad's cooking. I had the lechón platter and it was good. The lechón was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The yuca lacked flavor for me and was a bit bland as were the black beans. The rice was good. I was able to try a bite of picadillo and it was really good! I also had a bit of a Cuban sandwich which was a little different, but it was really really good! We brought family from out of town and they were all very pleased with their meals. We will definitely be back.
