I had to request additional napkins because my hands were dripping with egg yolk. The fries were salty, too, but crispy and firm. My friend enjoyed her dish, for the most part. It comes blanketed with a shredded lettuce salad with tomato, onions and avocado. Rice and beans round out the dish.
