Even when I arrived by bike, it took me a few minutes to locate it. Their signs are small. Glad I found it though. The barista's and staff here are friendly and helpful. They don't make the exact drink that I prefer, but they did manage to concoct something that actually tasted better. Next time I'm there I'll have to ask what they did so that I can whip it up at home. They have a good deal of sandwiches and pastries in addition to their drink menu, and plenty of seating space. Once we mentioned we were there for AmazeCo, the employee helping us initially tried to hand us someone else's order even after we gave our name. We explained that one person in our group cannot eat pork and asked if there was any possibility of exchanging an item, especially since every other stop on the AmazeCo experience was accommodating of dietary restrictions. The response we received was simply, "That sucks," with no attempt to help or offer an alternative. The lack of customer service and professionalism really left a bad impression, especially considering the positive experiences we had everywhere else that day.
