On a Friday night, it's more of a club, and less of a whiskey bar. EDM DJ, crowded, but good drinks. There is an outdoor area as well. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, I liked my mocktail, others got the Sazerac and Whiskey Sour. Parking is mainly street, or paid lots.

Went out to meet some friends and was a little early, so upon parking on the Street I was in front of Sazerac. The music was calling me so I went in, the vibe is very hipster and fun. I went to the bar and ordered the Sazerita which was quite good I might say! I enjoyed the atmosphere and ordered one more drink and I decided on a Prickly Pearadise beer and it was sooo good, and I'm not normally a beer drinker but they had a large selection of beer, lager, and IPAs the bartender was very helpful with my pick and even gave me a sample. Overall I will definitely go back to Sazerac and try the food truck with Mexican food on their back patio.

Went here for my 21st and it was great! Cocktail was yummy and their food truck in the back was great. Will definitely be back

This is a fun bar in the downtown Phoenix area. They usually play good music and they have a very large patio with tons of chairs, tables and benches. They have a large bar inside where there's a few tables and a smaller bar outside. They also have a Mexican food truck in the patio for those who want a bite to eat. Drinks are okay and at good prices and the staff is usually nice. The security/bouncers are nice too, at least from our experience. They check ID at the door and are pretty good about keeping people who are too rowdy out. They have good margaritas though sometimes they can be hit or miss based on taste, same for other cocktails. They offer tons of beer options too. Is a very spacious bar compared to some others near by and one of our regular ones. They also do a pretty good job of staying on theme with the holidays.

Dropped by for drinks. they actually had happy hour on SATURDAY from 4pm-8pm! $6 happy hour price for their sazarita! One of the best margarita i've had in a long time! not too tangy, not too sour....just right!! Great casual atmosphere and vibe. i like that you can just seat yourself, and go straight to the bar and order! Cool bar to hang out and enjoy some really amazing drinks without going broke! gotta get back and try some of their specialty cocktails next time!!

First time here and literally came for the food truck for the late night munchies The line to enter Sazerac looked long but thankfully it moved fast and was inside the door with in minutes. The taco truck is parked outside in their patio area. It's called The Nach! Food is amazing! Queso Birria Tacos were my fave the cheese curds were good too. Will definitely be back to hang and scope the scene some more! Also glad this place is open late!

    Is your patio 420 friendly?

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2853(C), it is still unlawful for a person to smoke marijuana in a public place or open space.

Are there any low tables on the patio or all they all high tops?

Thank you for the question. Our patio contains low top tables along with the high top tables.

I heard cigars are allowed at this establishment. Do they have a selection to purchase and can you bring your own sticks?

Yes, we have a wide selection for purchase. We ask that you purchase cigars from our selection, they are very reasonably priced. Thanks for Asking!

Is there smoking inside? If yes, is that in a separate area from the rest of the bar? Just wondering with it being a cigar bar.

The smoking area is located outside.

Do they serve any food here?

They do not. They do have a food truck on site on certain nights. I believe they are looking at opening some sort of food venue onsite soon. Not sure when though.… Read more

Can ya get down n dance at this place?

There’s not a dance floor, but that hasn’t stopped some people... if you can Dance on a Subway Train In New York, I suppose you can Groove Just About Anywhere... 🤪😁🎩🌾🥃🍒

    Are dogs allowed?

Only on the patio, not allowed inside! 🐶🤗

Main level/Upstairs vibe is well-lit with a true cantina bar feel. High-top tables, seats at the bar & happy hour from 4-7 pm make it ideal for some $7 drinks!!. The collection of Tequilas is GREAT. Many of which do not contain additives. I won't lie, I thought I was a big fan until I realized I didn't recognize a lot of the tequilas they had on hand. Downstairs is a whole different vibe. Custom craft cocktails, dim lighting with artwork, and more make it feel like an upscale NYC spot in your basement. I did 2 of my favorites, Paloma De Guayaba with the custom block name etched and the Baya Nueva. While in the Cantina, I had to order my friend the Basura (trash), but that wasn't the case... then again, it is served in a plastic bag, and is definitely a throwback to my early 20's of gettin' lit!!!! Always look forward to sharing this place with friends visiting and connecting with those locally.

It was busy, but not packed, which made the service stand out more than it should have. I had to ask for water twice, never got a refill, and overall felt largely ignored--minimal eye contact, no real warmth, just an impersonal feel that didn't match the space. It felt like a place that may be a bit of a victim of its own success--popularity has grown, but delivery hasn't fully kept pace. Part of the appeal here is the permanent taco truck outside, which I know from past visits is excellent, and I love the truck's outspoken, unapologetic support for immigrants. That said, the cocktail itself was excellent. I was specifically looking for a coffee-based drink before heading to another event, and the Cambures al Estilo Foster delivered on flavor. It was tiny, though--served in a small stemmed glass, gone in a few sips. It did the job, but some may find the portion underwhelming for the price. No major complaints, but nothing pulling me back either. I'm adding a fourth star on a bit of a hunch--I'd like to think they can dial it back in if I return.

We got to wren and wolf around 7:10 and they had our "tickets" for us. When we got in front of carry on, we were the first ones in line. We expected to get on sooner because the tickets said 7:30 but I guess the time to actually go inside, not when takeoff is. We sat down and got welcome drinks and peanuts. About 10 minutes after they started to take drink orders. I'm a lightweight so I didn't get anything but my husband got the chilte collab drink. It tasted a lot like tomato and was super unique. The tuna tostada was great alongside the pepper on the side. We then got mole which was the star of the show. The mole was so unique and spicy, I'd never had a mole like that before. The flight was 4d in that it moved like a real airplane. They then come around for martini cart service. They shake it in front of you so we had to try the dirty martini togarashi. It was super unique and perfectly salty. We then got the chilte taco which was good but nothing special. The dessert however was amazing! It tasted like a cheesecake. We then "landed" - it was faster than I thought, as it's 1.5 hours but settling in and getting everyone inside takes a while. The bathroom was a cool airplane looking bathroom, but huge. The downside was that it was quite pricey, and the train bar has a booking cost but it goes to your drinks so I'll likely do that before coming here again.

Carry On was a great experience for our bachelorette party (or any sort of special occasion,…read morereally)! We had a 7:30pm flight to Mexico City and arrived about 10 minutes early which ended up being perfect because there was already a line forming outside. You really feel the 70s vibes from the moment you step onto the "airplane". The team did an amazing job with the ambiance and you can tell a lot of thought was put into every aspect of the space. It's such a fun immersive experience. Server and bartenders were friendly and fun, and the vibes all around were just super happy. I loved the rolling martini cart that came around! The only reason I'm knocking a star is because when we booked (a party larger than 5) I emailed with the team there for our reservation. They mentioned the option to upgrade the reservation to a $100/person meal option which I declined. After we were seated small bites were passed around the plane. We noticed every table received it, so I truly thought it was part of the standard experience. It wasn't until the 3rd round of small bites went around that I realized we will probably be charged for the full service experience (which we were). Because this was a new experience for us, my suggestion would be to confirm the experiences with our table prior to passing around offerings. We aren't familiar with what to expect, so we didn't know it wasn't standard until it was too late. Otherwise, we had a great experience!
