Haven't seen this in stores before and thought the name was funny

Super cool little store with a lot of great offerings. Everything from pastries, to souvenirs, to wine, to home goods! They also apparently serve food but we already had lunch. Maybe next time!

Over cooked charred burger but waited so long not worth time to send it back, again.

Trird try ordering medium rate burger here and this one was also not even close, charred on the outside and on the inside. 130-135°F Medium Rare (130-140°F) The medium rare steak temp falls between 130-135°F, delivering a warm, red center that's juicy and flavorful. This is where the marbling in cuts like ribeye and strip loin starts to melt, basting the meat from within, giving it that unmistakable richness. In case anyone here cares to improve...it was over 25 minutes on a 15 minute wait and we triple tried today to say medium rare on this burger.

Absolutely love this place!it's a bustling center of activity on this tiny town. The menu here is huge and has a wide variety of choices, and everything is delicious! Lots of craft beer to pick from in the coolers. This place is a must try!.

It's a cute little family owned type of store where you can grab something you need and a meal. I'd recommend checking out the dessert counter. Their Tiramisu was great, in my opinion, of course. I wouldn't call it Gordon Ramsey worthy but if you're looking for that pretentious, upscale type of place, this isn't it. Pulling into the parking lot I felt almost like I stepped into the 70's. I can't explain why. Just know, this place was worth the trip. The people working were friendly and attentive. I'll probably be back this summer. The desserts alone were enough to bring me back. (I've GOT to try that crème brûlée cheesecake.) The vibe might not be for everyone but it was perfect for me.

Looking for a hidden gem in Alamance County well the Saxapahaw General Store is the place to go! Picture Fine Dining in your local country store. Meals like the White Wine & Butter Braised Chicken, Duck Confit and The Vladimir (Duck Fat Infused Emu Burger) offer one of the most unique and intriguing menus in the area. Not into stepping out of the box well dive into some of their traditional offerings of burgers, pizzas, salads, breakfast & brunch items!... The general store also offers grocery store items with a Craft Beer Selection that will rival any taproom or bottleshop. Lots of local products and a menu full of meat and produce procured from local farms & agriculture will have you coming back time & time again. The service is always amazing, and you're greeted with a welcoming smile and warm embrace every visit. I love the small town country feel, indoor, and outdoor patio seating to have a nice sit down meal with friends or family!

One of my favorite restaurants is also a gas station. How about that?! If you've never visited this spot put it in your calendar right now. I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli and every bite was magnificent. So many things made from local ingredients when they can and after your meal peruse around at the local butcher or even have a cocktail or coffee just around the corner. Don't be in a hurry because it can take quite a while to get your food but use that time to have a look around.

Chicken fat. I had to spit it out because I didn't even know what I was chewing. Ate only a small portion of my $25.00 chicken linguini.

My family and I had previously eaten here a couple of months ago and the food was delicious. Yesterday, we were there at 5:00 to order the same meal, but they were out of mushrooms (and a lot of other things), so I ordered chicken linguini. The chicken was very tough and hard to chew. I took most of it home to eat the next day after removing the chicken. I wish I could upload a picture of the huge piece of chicken fat that was in my leftover meal. I didn't even know what I was chewing until I spit it out. It was disgusting. I threw the rest of the food away. None of my family could order the same meal we had the previous trip because they were out of a lot of items. Also, they charge $8.00 for one slice of cake, which I refuse to pay. I paid $25.00 for a meal I could eat only a portion of. My family and I will not be going back.

How do they do it? They catered my retreat weeks ago. 12 people. It was great. I learned it all comes from the same kitchen. Amazing!

The staff were so friendly and the crepes were some of the best we've had. To top it off the coffee was delicious as well. The casual but polished ambiance fits perfectly into the charming, throwback small-town feel of downtown Graham.. which feels like something out of an earlier era with its historic courthouse, independent movie theater, and locally-owned boutiques and casual restaurants. The menu offers a wide variety of made-to-order savory and sweet crepes, as well as several toasts and waffle dishes. On my last visit to PRESS, I had the seasonal Blue Ridge crepe ($16.50), which was excellent -- a savory, blue-tinged shell filled with a great combination of sweet maple syrup-glazed ham and tangy granny smith apples and topped by a scrambled "hurricane-style" egg and a spicy maple mustard drizzle. YUM! The beverage menu at PRESS is equally impressive, featuring everything from made-to-order hot and cold coffees and tea-based beverages to a carefully curated cocktail list. I really enjoyed the soy maple pecan latte.
