Their prices were fantastic! I had been researching the price of a new car for quite awhile. I was like a kid in a candy store. They had beautiful SUVs and really nice Sedans, an unbelievable amount of all makes and models of cars. The sales staff were amazing and extremely accommodating in helping me find the ideal car for my husband. Love these guys and gals. I finally decided to purchase a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Absolutely beautiful car!. When my husband got it he was thrilled, to say the least. I couldn't have beat the price anywhere else either. Nasty rude workers please don't come here especially if you are a woman. Came here to buy a piece they made me wait over 2 hours for it. After it was ready they tell me to enter a restricted area and go pick it up myself. I go and the piece is at-least over 50 pounds.. then when I try to ask my dad for help..I have another worker yell at us saying you cannot be back here. And I processed to tell the workers that they sent me back here that I should be fine because I have a receipt... I go back into the waiting room thinking someone is going to help me because it is over 50 pounds and I just got yelled to not be back there but Another 20 mins go by...I'm just waiting and I'm speaking with my father complaining about the service and the manager overheard and processed to tell me to wait outside... Mind you it's under 30 degrees and raining! No one owned up to apologize or hear me out. I had one of the service workers try to apologize but it didn't help when all the other workers were in the back laughing. Please avoid as a woman it's hard enough to find a good mechanic and it sucks that in an auto part store they lack common courtesy and professionalism. read more

If I could give this company less then one stars I would! Selling vehicles on eBay, trying to sell salvaged vehicles on eBay, when asking the business questions you have to deal with a beyond rude employee. Not willing to answer questions, being extremely rude instead of business like. When you call to complain, the manager on the other end is just as rude. The company is trying to get over on people by telling them, yes there vehicles are salvage title vehicles but there's really nothing wrong with them. That the reason the insurance company turned the title over to salvage was so the dealer wouldn't sell them with a warranty. Such BS!! Don't get scammed by this company and their very rude employees. Truth is, a salvage title is issued when the vehicle damage exceeds 75% of its value. When this happens you're given the opportunity to repurchase the car back from the insurance company for next to nothing!! Worse place to shop. People working there doesn't know how to take care of the customer. Once you buy the car from them next day they will not recognize. The Manager Mike is not at all helpful. Recently we bought a Honda pilot van from him once the purchase was final and we paid the amount in full we had some issue with the car and I went back to him he was pretending he doesn't know us. I went in looking to buy a motor for a 2012 jeep grand Cherokee which they had and was very lucky to find . The guy who helped me was very professional in his service and took off what he could in discounts making the motor cheaper then what I was expecting . Later in the day i had 5 missed phone calls from the guy who did my order saying his boss cursed him out for doing the discounts on the order and said i owned another 40 DOLLARS ( and yes thats correct 40 whole dollars ) in which they put a hold on my order til i paid the full amount in which case how is this MY fault to pay and even so the order was placed and your business just made 2,185 dollars , you could of let the 40 slide and kept a happy customer .So Then today I had to come back to get my new receipt when i asked if I could see the vehicle i got the engine from to see if there was any parts i might want cause yesterday i asked but i had on slippers which wasn't allowed for safety reasons so today i had on sneakers . The counter guy was not only rude but a smartass cause i said Cherokee when it was a ( grand Cherokee) and said i cant look at the truck which made no sense since it was ok yesterday. I had the worst experience buying a car from this place. I went to this place to look at a 2013 bmw X3 that they posted online for a good price, and I bought it on the spot after testdriving it, I paid a deposit and I would pick it up the next day when I pay the balance. The very next day they called me to tell me the car was not going to be ready because instead of a clean tittle the car had a salvage tittle and they did not know and it will need a few more days to inspect it and I said ok, but a few days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and 6 months later and countless calls and visit then they said they can't register the car because someone swaped the engine out. So the car must be sold for parts only. They bamboozled me into spending 6 times more to buy a 2014 bmw X5 instead along with a $3500 warranty that they promised would cover everything including rims, keys, maintenance. I called the warranty company to confirm later on and it turns out they do not cover everything as promised. Long story short I took my car to get a complete diagnostic test and it showed 5 issues and when I went back to this dealer, they completly turned their back on me and threw me out of their premise..."very professional and ethical"...the manager David was a very nasty piece of work. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have plenty of money you don't need, endless time on your hands, like to be lied to and feel confortable around shady business. read more
