They had the Rainex wiper blades that I needed for the driver side but not for the passenger side, but there were comparable blades at reduced cost which did the job. Paid at the register and the manager affixed them to my car once I pulled up to the empty bus stop in front of the shop. Good thing too since the next day it snowed pots and pans and my old wipers were toast. I think I might be hungry right now.

If you want something built, he's been there and done it a thousand times. He has decades of experience over any other mechanic/builder around. Twice I had other (closer) garages do minor work on my Wrangler because it was more convenient and I regretted it. Dedona ultimately ended up correcting their mistakes. Jimmy's work is always clean, he doesn't sell you parts or service you don't need, and he is a 100% straight shooter. Every time I've ever gone in, he's taken the time to test drive the Jeep with me, discuss repairs and upgrades in depth and show me around the shop. Always a ton of cool projects underway downstairs. He treats you like you're family, and an army of repeat customers is a testament to his character, talent and skill. I'll leave you with this- and it's all you really need to know about the man and his business: The *one* time I had a minor issue with an installed part (a shock), Jim jumped in his truck, drove 45 minutes to my house and fixed it in my driveway. Great experience here…read more Found part (Nissan Murano Tail Light) on Car-Part.com and was able to verify the part on Saw Mill's website. I called them and they were quickly able to verify the part in stock and confirmed the online quoted price. Price was very comptetitive, cheaper than many other competitors. I arrived there about 30 minutes later and was able to pickup the tail light in a few minutes. Condition was as described. Pickup and payment process was seamless. It was good seeing all of the employees working with customers and on the phone taking and answering questions. I was back home in no time swapping out the broken tail light. Definitely recommend based on my experience...hoping to use them for future needs.

After it was ready they tell me to enter a restricted area and go pick it up myself. I go and the piece is at-least over 50 pounds.. then when I try to ask my dad for help..I have another worker yell at us saying you cannot be back here. And I processed to tell the workers that they sent me back here that I should be fine because I have a receipt... I go back into the waiting room thinking someone is going to help me because it is over 50 pounds and I just got yelled to not be back there but Another 20 mins go by...I'm just waiting and I'm speaking with my father complaining about the service and the manager overheard and processed to tell me to wait outside... Mind you it's under 30 degrees and raining! No one owned up to apologize or hear me out. I had one of the service workers try to apologize but it didn't help when all the other workers were in the back laughing. Please avoid as a woman it's hard enough to find a good mechanic and it sucks that in an auto part store they lack common courtesy and professionalism.
