I've frequented Dedona for over ten years for a reason. Jimmy and his staff know Jeeps and modified 4x4s inside and out. If you want something built, he's been there and done it a thousand times. He has decades of experience over any other mechanic/builder around. Twice I had other (closer) garages do minor work on my Wrangler because it was more convenient and I regretted it. Dedona ultimately ended up correcting their mistakes. Jimmy's work is always clean, he doesn't sell you parts or service you don't need, and he is a 100% straight shooter. Every time I've ever gone in, he's taken the time to test drive the Jeep with me, discuss repairs and upgrades in depth and show me around the shop. Always a ton of cool projects underway downstairs. He treats you like you're family, and an army of repeat customers is a testament to his character, talent and skill. I'll leave you with this- and it's all you really need to know about the man and his business: The *one* time I had a minor issue with an installed part (a shock), Jim jumped in his truck, drove 45 minutes to my house and fixed it in my driveway. Where to start about this place. First if you want a lift job done right and quality work, I highly recommend coming here and sitting down with the staff. Straight shooters 100%... I recently got My Smart car lifted (yup I said smart car lol) and added over size wheels and I couldn't be happier. No one in the NY area wanted to take on the job but this group took it on and it's head turning. So many compliments have been received and I owe it to them. The owner treated my car like it was his own and called me for every cut and custom work he decided to do (thank you for that). They gave me a fair deal on pricing and was true to their word. I was having steering issues due to new components installed by a different shop. I reached out to Dan, who works at DeDona, and he asked me to stop by. The next day, I drove to the shop and Jimmy immediately inspected my Jeep when I arrived. He resolved the issue within minutes. Afterwards, Jimmy explained what was happening with my new components. I was blown away by his level of expertise. It took a brief conversation for me to realize that Jimmy's build knowledge is in a class of its own. Came here to see if they had extension brackets for my nerf bar, I bought a nerf bar for my Jeep Liberty 2005 a couple of weeks ago but the brackets don't stick out far enough. When you come in this shop, your basically on your own i came in with a buddy. lasted 30 minutes in the shop looking around no one asked us if we needed help. I then just got in the line and had the pleasure to speak to a hispanic guy short chubby short hair he was great! His patience was on point came out to my car i showed him the nerf bar and he gave me some great pointers that no one has giving me. I also asked him for a few prices everything seems to be a little over my price so i would not be a customer but great store wish you guys the best of luck! read more

The store is a boy toy wonderland. It has all the grills, custom wheels, lights, racks and accessories an off-road enthusiast seeks. I had a very good shopping experience here when I went accessorize my new truck. I wanted basic bed liner and cover for travel. Between Jimmy and Zack I got good advice and service. I ordered a rim and tire package, which would take 1 and a half weeks to get here. 3 days later I receive a call that they had the wrong rims set, and that it would take another week and a half to have them ready. It's now been 2 weeks since that call, so I decide to call for an update. They had an automated message pick up stating they would be on vacation until the 8th of September. I hadn't been warned about this, no update, nothing. I had a road trip set and now I have to delay it as my tires aren't ready. This shop is truly a set of garbage individuals who, aside from drinking on the job, just try and rush you through the buying process. What's done is done, I expect to receive my stuff on the 8th from these lowlifes. read more

If your looking to get some customization done to your vehicle I do not recommend this place one bit. They think they know everything and in the end they just want your money, forget about customer satisfaction. They messed up all my wiring and installed a light bar crooked multiple times. This place has been at the top of the price list for at least the last 25 years. Great stuff for your Jeep, but if you shop around a little bit, you can actually beat their prices. But if you're like many, you'll spend the extra cash only to get hit with over-priced installation. And if that weren't bad enough, I recently caved in and visited them for a Jeep replacement battery. Guess what, not only was I not getting a few dollars back for my old battery, but I was also paying $65 more than I would have on Amazon!! In addition, DeDONA now adds 3% on ALL credit card charges (essentially passing on the credit card fee the cards charge merchants, totally illegal), and the Brain Surgeon behind the counter says the "new machine" automatically charges it. Save yourself the aggravation, shop somewhere else, you'll at least save money. read more

Staff was helpful and attentive. They couldn't get me in for my lights right off due to a full scheduled. But they took my number to see if they can get me in sooner. Ran into the store at about 4:57pm, I believe they close at 5:00 but I was desperate. I have a 2007 Camry and had just been hit from behind the night prior and being a first time driver and WOMAN some scumbag swindled ME into paying HIM 200$( I KNOW I KNOW lesson learned don't freak out and have anyone ever antagonize you) so I ran in there to see if they had a tail light replacement. They didn't for my particular car however they spent about 15 minutes after closing hours doing a very thorough check and calling several places to find me the best deal and basically said you're better off going to a junk yard instead of getting ripped off on these sites and other shops we've called. Brought my new 2015 F-150 Platinum in for a Bedrug and Leer cap and had to wait one week for parts to be delivery. Not a problem and should be expected when custom ordering parts. If you have any type of 4 wheel drive vehicle, this is the place to pimp your ride. Like the commercial on cable now..this is why you bought a truck. Sure you can buy stuff online and install it yourself, but the quality of their products, and the instilation they do, is second to none. If Jimmy shows you something, and says "this is sick" take out the plastic and have it installed. I can't thank Jimmy and the DeDona crew enough for the work they did on my Jeep! From the second I met Jimmy I knew without a doubt he could sort out the suspension/handling issues I was having from swapping out my front axle from a Dana 30 to Ultimate Dana 44. This place did my Jeep Wrangler a couple months ago and it came out great. They gave me a ton of options of suspensions/ lift kits, tires and wheels to choose from and even took me for rides in different Jeeps so I could feel exactly what my ride would be like.
