DIY Garage is fully stocked with all the tools you need and Dave was there when I needed an extra hand holding something under the car, or a second opinion. Air tools, odd-shaped female-hex bolts...he has it all. I love to turn my own wrenches and this garage is worth the drive from Manhattan any day! Already going back to do some more work soon. Great business, great service, warm heat on a 20-degree day, TV in the background. I was in heaven. What would have cost me 2-300 in the city was better invested in supporting this business and the pleasure of doing it myself :-)

I bought a used car six months ago and now my car has started to show issues. I've watched…read morenumerous YouTube videos, and I decided I'm ready to try out some DIY auto repair, but I'm hesitant about using jacks and jack stands and having the car fall on me. Or what if I get stuck on a particular part in the process halfway thru the repair, and I'm now in limbo without being able to finish the repair. In comes Matt and his place (U Wrench It). For a reasonable price, you get access to his lifts, tools, and knowledge/experience. I went in to do an oil change and tranny fluid change, and Matt was helpful in assisting when using equipment and undoing bolts that were difficult for me to remove. Overall, Matt was very nice and personable. I really like his concept of allowing people to be empowered to learn how to repair their own vehicles while charging very reasonable prices. I will definitely be back to tackle on more repairs at U Wrench It!

I went to get my van repaired and the job was done very sloppy. they drilled out a part but didn't…read moreremove all of the debris so it started giving my engine problems . when I took it to the dealership the found debris in the motor coming from the same area where the part they replaced because they had to replace it again. so when I came back to present them the paperwork from the dealership where it states the debris that was in the space from the part they replaced from the drilling they did to replace it caused engine damage, they told me they will not help me and declined wrong dueing. very unprofessional. Definitely not fair to their customers!! what's fair is fair . Don't become a victim like me guys !!

The store employees told me because I used it I can't return or replace it. How in the world would I know it's defective if I didn't use it? The manger then proceeded to tell me I should have sprayed the can inside the store before buying! How ridiculous is this? You won't stay open for long if you have policies like this in place.
