The shower had black mold and stains, the kitchen cabinets were oily and the toilets were filthy. We called Mike and had him send over cleaners that same day. They were punctual and professional. They scrubbed everything off the shower and cleaned the cabinets. The apartment looked brand new in less than 3 hours. Although their prices might seem on the high end, it's worth it. You get what you pay for. I'll definitely use them again.

I have been so pleased with Marcela's. Yesterday was their 6th cleaning of my home. I have had other services over the years, but I have never had house cleaners who would leave almost every single item (photo frames, decor, bar stools, rugs, etc.) in the exact place I keep them. No streaks on anything, Sparkling polished hardwood floors too.Just like I cleaned it myself -- I love it! Thank you Marcela and Patty and crew!

According to the cleaner, the apartment should hire deep cleaning. I called Marcela that she said she would reschedule. Because she did not return the email to reschedule or the call. As a customer I still had the answer in the google review about my honesty. In all my life I have never seen a company so bad, that questions the honesty of a service that the customer decides to pay, after offering a professional who arrives without material, it was although, without doing the job and does not return the rescheduling and still quotes the term honesty, placing the blame on the client. Do not hire. They are rude and unprofessional.

The actual cleaning services were good, but communication was inconsistent. I wouldn't recommend…read morethis company for regular cleanings as they don't seem to be proactive about scheduling future appointments. I originally requested biweekly cleanings but only ended up getting three services. There was a miscommunication after my first service that resulted in the scheduler requesting to schedule my second cleaning in three weeks instead of two. This wasn't a big deal and was cleared up quickly. I did receive confirmation texts before my first two services as well as payment confirmations and scheduling communications after those two services. The scheduler confirmed my next and final appointment for the "same time" (10:00am) via text, and I didn't hear from them again until the day of service when they stated I was scheduled for 12:30pm after I reached out with a door code. This change would have been okay with advance notice but was inconvenient to learn the day of since I had planned to have guests over in the afternoon. They stated that future services could be at 10:00am but didn't provide any date confirmation. I didn't receive a payment confirmation text or scheduling communication after this service, so I've since hired another company. Again, the actual cleaning was good. The inconsistent communication is the reason I've stopped using this service.
