The location staff are nice my issues is with delivery team! We received a defected dryer and were supposed to replace it they did not they made up an excuse. It's been 2 days now they just try to cover there $$$ for the 24he return policy they have. They have the worst service call kept being placed on hold and and disconnected I have called them about 50times now!

To Whom it May Concern, This review is because I am having the most difficult time getting my refund processed for a thermostat that I purchased and returned through the Lowes app with a gift card with this location as my favored site. The order number is 300902163254789193. The case number assigned last week 8/16/25 is 69671085. I was informed yesterday that the case number in question states that I refused delivery of the product when I did not. The representative on the day I received my case number reassured me that I would get my refund and that I should see an email stating such in three business days. That never happened. During my call yesterday 8/23/25 from 12:14p to 1:39p I was told a number of things that were alarming because they were blatant lies. In addition to being told that I had refused delivery I was then told that I could not get my refund by the manager who called himself Tony. Who not only put my phone call on hold without explanation, but in the end, returned me to the main menu in order to avoid answering my questions. During our short time together in the call I asked him if our phone call was being recorded. He did say yes so I asked him for his name at that point and told him that I would like a corporate contact email or phone number in order to escalate above his head and he told me there were no such numbers or emails that I could use and that he was my last resort. During my time speaking with him, he told me that the FedEx people were going to call me at which time I explained to him that I did not have a tracking number the same as I had explained to the associate before speaking to him as again the email that provided the shipping label expired and sent me to my order refund status showing the processing only issue. The associate had actually told me that they have no record of sending a shipping label and that I couldn't have shipped it, to where I had told her I have an email with the shipping label (see below). That's when I went into that email to try to pull the tracking number and instead of pushing me through to the label I had printed it and placed to a page where my package showed it was processing (see below) also, stating that the return package had arrived at the processing center and was still in the processing status. Being told that FedEx would contact me had me asking how when they don't have my contact information. I asked for the tracking number from both the associate and the manager and they could not provide it, I asked that he, the manager bypass me having to wait for FedEx to call since they did not have my contact information and I could not call them because I did not have a tracking number to issue the refund. He told me he could not help me. It all seemed like a very elaborate ploy to stop me from getting my rightful refund. Is it because something nefarious happened with my refund? Why would a manager not try his best to make it right concerning a returned item? Why spin me in circles unless there was criminal intent? And so I am asking for a full investigation with San Diego DA's office and plan to file a complaint with the ftc as to why this turned out the way it has. Hoping my refund to be issued ASAP via a gift card as that was the form of payment used. Because not only does it seem criminal that I was lied to on multiple occasions concerning my return but to be basically hung up on in the end was even more concerning. The manager Tony has left me with a very uneasy feeling and now we are going to drop using lowes as our hardware go to. He had mentioned that I could go to a store to get my refund. I said ok, do I have to go to the store where my return was sent? He had told me yes, that I need to go to the store where they the refund item was sent to and then he couldn't tell me or wouldn't tell me what store that was. All of this is borderline criminal and so I am hoping for a resolution ASAP as I have time for this to go everywhere.

A very frustrating experience with our small kitchen remodel. It's been 9 months of a bureaucratic nightmare and no accountability. We just wanted to get the project done and wash our hands of it, but even the final product was disappointing. Counters came out terrible. Cabinets needed lots of work arounds. A truthfully regretful decision choosing Lowes.

On multiple visits, I've seen employees--often teenagers--spoken to in a demeaning and belittling way. During my most recent visit, I asked an employee a simple question. He went to confirm the answer with the owner and was immediately talked down to. After hearing this, I approached the owner directly to ask the same question myself and unfortunately received the same condescending attitude. It's also worth noting that there are no prices listed on items, which makes shopping unnecessarily frustrating, and if you need to return anything--unused or opened--good luck. It's disappointing to see workers treated this way, and it explains why there seems to be constant staff turnover. Customer service starts with how employees are respected, and sadly, that's lacking here. Despite the longer commute, I'll be taking my business to the other hardware store on the island moving forward.

So I went back to this establishment and talked about what would they need to make a brand new screen because I no longer had the original one that was here when I moved in 17 years ago. They told me how to measure the door frame for the exact fit. At one point I was on the phone talking to Vicky with the measurements. After they were finalized 3 business days later I called to see if it was complete, I was told it ready so I went to pick it up and I had the sliding glass screen door that fit perfectly!!!! So again like I always so try them you may be able to solve some screen issues you have encountered.

I own 3 rental…read moreproperties in the same condominium complex and wanted to install new windows and sliding glass doors. I called 8 different companies and received 8 different estimates. I told each company to come with their best/cheapest estimate as I was shopping around. Hardware Solutions was thousands of dollars cheaper than the next closest estimate. At first, I figured it was too good to be true and that Hardware Solutions must use cheap materials or have poor craftmanship. I visited Hardware Solutions warehouse in person and it is AMAZING!!! I felt the quality of their windows and materials in person and saw immediately that it was of high quality. I investigated Hardware Solutions further because this was a big investment for me and I wanted these windows to last a lifetime. Without disclosing too much info/trade secrets, they receive their windows from a Los Angeles window factory and somehow they're able to get better pricing for the same windows than their competitors. I chose to proceed with Hardware Solutions after determining this information and it was the best decision I ever made. My 3 rental units turned out amazing and the install was flawless! The install for all 3 units were done on the same day and it made each unit look brand new. I couldn't believe how much better each unit looked after installing new windows and sliding glass doors. The windows were installed during Summer and my tenants noticed a remarkable difference in how much cooler the unit stayed. I was so impressed with the price and quality of craftmanship, that I hired Hardware Solutions to install new windows and sliding glass doors for 3 other rental units I own. They installed new windows and doors for the other 3 rental units and they turned out just as great as the original 3 units. Lastly, the sales representative I used was Raquel. Raquel was INCREDIBLE and extremely professional. She went above and beyond with everything I requested. I asked for estimates and she always responded in a timely manner. I was going to go with a different window company (Anlin) because they offered a lifetime warranty with their windows. Raquel was able to offer the same lifetime warranty that Anlin offered. I had a bunch of questions for Raquel, but she always took the time to explain each one and made me feel very comfortable choosing Hardware Solutions. I'm sure you'll have a positive experience with any sales representative at Hardware Solutions, but if you want the VERY best, go with Raquel. You will not be disappointed and tell her that Dusty says hello. :) I will use Raquel and Hardware Solutions for every future home construction need. They also do doors, blinds, and many other home improvement options besides windows and sliding glass doors.
