I've already completed a review and this is an update!!! For 15 years or more I have removed the sliding glass screen because I like the openness without it!!! Well the buyers for my place wanted a screen door. So I went back to this establishment and talked about what would they need to make a brand new screen because I no longer had the original one that was here when I moved in 17 years ago. They told me how to measure the door frame for the exact fit. At one point I was on the phone talking to Vicky with the measurements. After they were finalized 3 business days later I called to see if it was complete, I was told it ready so I went to pick it up and I had the sliding glass screen door that fit perfectly!!!! So again like I always so try them you may be able to solve some screen issues you have encountered. read more

If you read this review, you'll never call another windows and doors company again. I own 3 rental properties in the same condominium complex and wanted to install new windows and sliding glass doors. I called 8 different companies and received 8 different estimates. I told each company to come with their best/cheapest estimate as I was shopping around. Hardware Solutions was thousands of dollars cheaper than the next closest estimate. At first, I figured it was too good to be true and that Hardware Solutions must use cheap materials or have poor craftmanship. I visited Hardware Solutions warehouse in person and it is AMAZING!!! I felt the quality of their windows and materials in person and saw immediately that it was of high quality. I investigated Hardware Solutions further because this was a big investment for me and I wanted these windows to last a lifetime. Without disclosing too much info/trade secrets, they receive their windows from a Los Angeles window factory and somehow they're able to get better pricing for the same windows than their competitors. I chose to proceed with Hardware Solutions after determining this information and it was the best decision I ever made. My 3 rental units turned out amazing and the install was flawless! The install for all 3 units were done on the same day and it made each unit look brand new. I couldn't believe how much better each unit looked after installing new windows and sliding glass doors. The windows were installed during Summer and my tenants noticed a remarkable difference in how much cooler the unit stayed. I was so impressed with the price and quality of craftmanship, that I hired Hardware Solutions to install new windows and sliding glass doors for 3 other rental units I own. They installed new windows and doors for the other 3 rental units and they turned out just as great as the original 3 units. Lastly, the sales representative I used was Raquel. Raquel was INCREDIBLE and extremely professional. She went above and beyond with everything I requested. I asked for estimates and she always responded in a timely manner. I was going to go with a different window company (Anlin) because they offered a lifetime warranty with their windows. Raquel was able to offer the same lifetime warranty that Anlin offered. I had a bunch of questions for Raquel, but she always took the time to explain each one and made me feel very comfortable choosing Hardware Solutions. I'm sure you'll have a positive experience with any sales representative at Hardware Solutions, but if you want the VERY best, go with Raquel. You will not be disappointed and tell her that Dusty says hello. :) I will use Raquel and Hardware Solutions for every future home construction need. They also do doors, blinds, and many other home improvement options besides windows and sliding glass doors. read more

We remodeled our bathroom and Hardware Solutions installed a glass shower enclosure that looks beautiful and doesn't leak (a known problem with these enclosures). Santos and his crew of installers were friendly and professional. They even fixed a separate leaky shower, with no extra charge. Initially, scheduling was a bit difficult, but was resolved. I would definitely use this company again. read more

Do not bother with this company: the whole process was awful. Scheduling is a nightmare and their customer service is terrible. They arrived much later than I was told, pulled a screen I didn't need replaced and forgot a huge one I DID need replaced, and left with a screen for my kids room without replacing it. Called and Suzy told me-"no problem we will fix this and not charge you." I offered to pay for the screen he accidentally took but only if it was really damaged, although I was certain it wasn't. She assured me they would take care of it, then proceeded to in the end-argue with me and charge me more than my original quote in the end anyway-all due to THEIR mistakes. Told me "I'm getting a really good deal." What a joke. I had to wait several days for them to come back to finish the job-putting back my screens they took, re screening one they forgot and cleaning all of their fingerprints off of all of my new windows. A complete nightmare to get this job scheduled to be finished. Phone calls back and forth. To be fair-my windows do now look great. So if you're up for quotes that will likely increase in the end due to their errors, and a nightmare for trying to get anything scheduled with them-go for it. I was too annoyed to argue with them over an additional $100 charge. Will NOT be using these guys again read more

John at Hardware solutions was so helpful and professional. We had been to several places with no help in site. He got our part and explained to us how to install it. They mostly do beautiful custom work from what I could see. But he was more then happy to help with our small part. I would trust them for any size job. read more
