We weren't sure what we wanted, the owner came out and looked at the property, helped us plan how it could be set up. We bought it. Paid 1/2 in advance. After the 4 weeks lead time, I followed up. It seemed like something was forgotten. And it would still be a couple of weeks. We waited. Day of installation finally arrived. We are required to pay remaining balance that day. Before installation is complete. They start the installation. Initially said it would be 2 days. They get it done in one day. As soon as they leave my husband notices that the last 1/3 of the twisty slide is practically vertical. The whole family tries it. We all get launched out of this slide. I call immediately to say that this isn't going to work. After several weeks of back and forth, we finally get them out here to address this slide. They show up at 5pm to do this work. With small kids, this isn't appropriate. They rush around trying to beat the day light, walk away with a slide that is less vertical, however now there's about a 3' drop of the bottom of the slide to the ground. With the explanation of "get a mat to catch them". Also unacceptable and it's communicated immediately. But now it's late and now we need to wait some more. Daily phone calls from both me and my husband. And we finally get commitment that they will fix it. And come during daylight so it's not rushed. Several hours again and it's "better" but barely satisfactory. I would've loved to tear it down and send it back and get my money back. It was exhausting and easier to walk away than deal with them any longer. Don't fall into this trap. Spend your money, time and energy elsewhere.

When I contacted Tim, first words out of his mouth were that I was outside the warranty period. He agreed to fix the tile that had fallen off but charged me to re-seal all around the perimeter because they were finding the product they used did not hold up. I'm not sure why that was my financial responsibility but I paid to have that redone. I had just spent around $25,000 to completely renovate my pool and, by the third season more and more tiles were falling off. I finally found someone to do the repairs at the end of last season and he told me it was an installation issue. He did a great job but, unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue as more tiles fell off over the winter. Once the renovation was done, and before the tiles started falling off, I was asked to write a review and it was my pleasure to write one. However, now, I would never recommend Tri-State because of the quality of their work and the customer service I received from Tim once the tile issues started. Purchased a brand-new refrigerator several months ago I am still waiting for a new replacement…read morerefrigerator. The ice maker makes a loud, obnoxious squealing noise from day one. We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

When our daughter got married in July 2026, there was never any question about where we would go. Returning to Emilio's over 30 years later and introducing our daughter to Liz and Emil was a special experience, and they welcomed her with the same warmth, respect, and courtesy that we remembered. Like many modern brides, our daughter arrived with inspiration from Instagram and Etsy for her table settings, bridal party bouquets, and ceremony arch. Liz and Emil took the time to listen to her ideas, offer their expertise, and bring her vision to life in a way that was even more beautiful than she imagined. Because the wedding ceremony was outdoors during the summer, they thoughtfully suggested a combination of silk and natural blooms for the outdoor setting and all fresh flowers for the indoor reception. Their recommendation was perfect for the environment while still creating the elegant look our daughter wanted. One of the most impressive pieces was the beautiful floral arrangement that draped across the top of the ceremony arch. It was designed with incredible attention to detail so that it could be easily removed after the ceremony and moved indoors, where it became a stunning focal point in front of the sweetheart table. This was a perfect example of their creativity and their commitment to creating arrangements that were both beautiful and practical. The compliments continued even after the wedding. When we returned to the venue the following day to pick up some of the items used at the reception, the wedding planner asked if we planned to take all 18 of the table centerpieces with us. She commented on how much she loved the elegant mix of blue and white tones. We happily gave her permission to keep whatever she wanted. Later, we learned that the venue had used the centerpieces to accent several tables and counters throughout their large main lobby and entrance area. We were incredibly proud to see the beauty and craftsmanship of Emilio's work appreciated in such a way. For a well-established private club to incorporate these pieces into their own décor is a true testament to the quality and artistry that goes into every arrangement. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, but the service we received was what truly made the experience unforgettable. Liz and Emil provided a level of personal attention, professionalism, and care that is rare to find. They made our daughter feel comfortable, respected, and confident throughout the entire process. Thank you, Liz and Emil, for helping make our daughter's wedding day so special and for being part of two of the most important celebrations in our family's life. Your talent and kindness have stood the test of time, and we are grateful for the memories you helped create.

When we picked it up, we politely asked if they could add more filler to make it look fuller and even said we'd PAY extra for it. Instead, the two rude women working there acted like we insulted their life's work. One of them actually took the bouquet apart in front of us, barely moved anything around, then tied it back even tighter so it looked smaller than before. Their attitudes were absolutely disgusting -- they acted like they worked at Chanel instead of a mediocre flower shop selling grocery-store quality roses. And somehow they had the audacity to charge $83 for a dozen roses that looked worse than the bouquets you can buy at ShopRite for half the price. Honestly, ShopRite flowers look more professional and cared for than this mess. I ended up having to completely redo the bouquet myself at home and go buy extra filler because they clearly couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum for such an important occasion. The photos speak for themselves -- it's painfully obvious which bouquet came from this place. -1000 stars for both quality and customer service. Rude, lazy, overpriced, and completely unhelpful. Save your money and make your own bouquet because these people clearly do not care about their customers or their work.

When I walked into the church, the first thing I said was how sparce the arrangment looked. She had the arrangement quite a bit higher than the urn, but did not fill in with flowers. She used white roses, which had a green tint. According to her that was because of the species of the rose. Four days later, three of the roses rotted at their base and fell of the stems. The blue delphinium had some blooms, but alot of stringy areas with buds, but no blooms. The arrangement did not look at all like the picture.
