We visited a number of floor companies when we had to replace our kitchen floor after our dishwasher leaked. Carpet Heritage stood out among them all. Joe was great! He listened to our needs and desires and provided useful information and suggestions. We decided to go with a Mannington ADURAMax luxury vinyl tile and brought home a number of samples. Joe came out to measure our floor a couple of days after we made our selection. He ordered the tile while at our home to made sure it was in stock. We were very pleased with the price. As soon as the tile was delivered to his warehouse, Joe called us and the installation was scheduled in less than two weeks. The installation was not an easy job as there were 2 layers of previous flooring to remove and the floor was not level. The installers were amazing! They were very professional, courteous and left the work site clean each day they were there. They did a beautiful job installing the tile! An added bonus is that our floor no longer squeaks. We plan on getting new carpeting in our family room and will definitely be using Carpet Heritage for that and for all of our future flooring needs. It was a very positive experience! read more

I had Mannington LVP flooring installed in my kitchen, family room, living room and dining room by Caroet Heritage. I could not have been happier with the experience! Prior to closing Carpet Heritage, i researched LVP flooring, and knew that I wanted Mannington Audra Max. Carpet Heritage had lots of samples on display, and happily allowed me to bring several home for a few days so that I can see how the flooring would look in my house. After several weeks of bringing home samples, my wife and I decided on the color and style we wanted. The owner of Carpet Heritage, Joe, was not only patient, but fully supportive of the process. I've been a homeowner for a long time, and I've had flooring projects done before. I've learned that installation quality is even more important than the product. The owner of the store, Joe, did the measuring himself. This is not typical. As part of the project, all of the baseboards were replaced. At my request, they delivered them a few days before the project started so that I could paint them before they were installed. .I really appreciated that. The installers went above and beyond. They re hammered all squeaky areas of my floor, and in one uneven area of the floor they picked up the plywood and shaved down the 2x6 underneath to level the floor. They stained shoe mounding to match my kitchen cabinets and built in book cases in my living room. I could go on. Needless to say, the installation exceeded my expectations. For both the purchasing experience and installation, I consider Carpet Heritage to be the standard by which other flooring businesses should be judged. read more

After a 2yr nightmare with another flooring company, I read a great review about Carpet Heritage & decided to call them. Joe the owner is amazing. He truly understood what I went through with the previous company & assured me it would be a positive experience. He wasn't kidding. From picking out our new LVT floor to the installation. Joe was great. Allowing me to bring several samples home, even offered to pick the samples up if I couldn't return them. Once we finalized our selection, we had our new floor installed in approximately 5 weeks. The price was very good, the installers were great & very neat. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am that I found Carpet Heritage & Joe. I would absolutely recommend this business for all your carpet & flooring needs. read more

I had an amazing experience working with Carpet Heritage. Joe really went above and beyond to make buying floors an incredible experience and everything turned out exactly as me and my wife wanted. I was always able to easily reach Joe on the phone. He let us borrow samples to bring to our home. He stayed late in the office to have discussions with us and to accommodate my crazy schedule. He readily came out to our home more than an hour away to help measure and give an estimate, and ensured all went to perfection the whole way through. He really went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. I 100% recommend Carpet Heritage for all of your flooring needs! read more

Just plain rude. The owner needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and to reassess his entitlement.

The installation crew arrived on time, removed old flooring and installed carpet in our home yesterday. The new carpeting looks and feels great and the installers left our home, neat and clean. Joe went the extra mile to call and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. read more

Have used Carpet Heritage multiple times for carpet in both home and rental property, wood floors in redone kitchen and even a special fireplace hearth installation. Quality is excellent, prices are fair (not cut rate), and service, including installation, is the best. Joe has done this for 20 years and forgets more than I will ever know about flooring. When I called, I was greeted by a very friendly voice, that of Joe. I explained that I'd like some carpet replaced and I already have a piece lying around, so I'm only interested in installation services. Then I asked about warranty. Joe went ballistic. At first he said I was kidding, right? I said no, this is a question I have to ask. He said I was being ridiculous because I'm not buying carpet from him so he's just going to install it, and that's it. I said I'm not expecting any warranty on the carpet but if it is ridiculous to ask for warranty on the workmanship, then we can't do business. He retorted, good, good riddance, and slammed the phone down on me. I was left horrified. I have never been so insulted before. read more
