The worst contractor I have ever used. I had them in to repair flood damage…read more Dave is horribly unorganized. Communication was a nightmare. He constantly mixed me up with other apartments, didn't update me on timelines, didn't show up on time. I paid for ubers to my apartment multiple times or was forced to stay in hotels night off because of his incompetence. Then, they cheaped on the flood repair. They said dehumidifiers in the contract, used blowers. Said they would replace doors, didn't. After Dave sent back people five times. It took me hovering over his contractors to show them problems instead of him taking any responsibility for his team. Some pictures of the issues still remaining are attached. I have up after the repeated waste of my time. In addition, they did DAMAGE to my place. They broke a light fixture (and lied about it). Got paint on cables. Got paint on the toilet. everywhere. They even took one of MY BUILDINGS blowers. Stay far away from this monster taking advantage of people in a natural disaster. I just had my lawyer send a demand letter - I intend to sue this man for the work and hopefully get him to lose his license. He is a disgrace to all contractors. This man should be out of business!

His price was higher than I expected as it took 45 minutes to repiar the fence and he needed no materials. On the negative side, he just hounds you to be paid. I told him to submit an invoice and the people in my business would process it. Well, he emails the invoice and then immediately starts calling. And calling. And calling. It bordered on harrassment. As if he never dealt with a business before that has to process an invoice which takes some time. Quality of the work was fine, price was high. But just be prepared if you don't hand him a check the minute he finishes.

On the second floor, they removed old carpeting and installed vinyl laminate, giving the space a clean, modern feel. They had to cut a chunk of concrete out of the wall, and a few hours after they left, they even called to suggest ways to rebuild that part of the closet that they'd investigated on my behalf after they left. He listened to our needs and desires and provided useful information and suggestions. We decided to go with a Mannington ADURAMax luxury vinyl tile and brought home a number of samples. Joe came out to measure our floor a couple of days after we made our selection. He ordered the tile while at our home to made sure it was in stock. We were very pleased with the price. As soon as the tile was delivered to his warehouse, Joe called us and the installation was scheduled in less than two weeks. The installation was not an easy job as there were 2 layers of previous flooring to remove and the floor was not level. The installers were amazing! They were very professional, courteous and left the work site clean each day they were there. They did a beautiful job installing the tile! An added bonus is that our floor no longer squeaks.
