After doing two treatments back to back within the same week, I was able to see tremendous differences. As a petite person, I found that the treatments were able to address concerns that I was unable to do through diet and exercise. Considering that I maintain an overly active lifestyle and a healthy diet, endermologie was not a quick fix, but supplemental to everything else that I was already doing. Also, Carlyn was able to work on some areas of injury. As a result, I have experienced reduced inflammation in my back and shoulder with higher mobility. I could feel the lymphatic drainage immediately after the treatment. Overall, this treatment is perfect for anyone who is looking to rid of that stubborn cellulite in areas of concern, and also for anyone experiencing pain and injury that need something supplementary to physical therapy. I would recommend purchasing the larger packet, since the sessions do fly by. I came twice a week for the first month, and I will be coming back for maintenance sessions at least once a month. I'm so glad I gave endermologie a try. It really takes the right person and the right quality of a session to make this thing the real deal, and I can say that Carlyn's place is just that. Thank you so much!

I say this because she not only helped me with my eating/healthy lifestyle, she also genuinely cared when I brought up things I was worried about regarding weight gain. She is friendly and easy to work with. She made me feel comfortable and throughout this journey, I was able to regain control of my body and the food I eat. I started her program because I was stuffing myself (emotional eating) and eating unhealthy in general. I gained a lot of weight because of that and some days I would starve myself and end up eating more in the evenings. I tried a lot of things myself but it didn't work and I knew I had to change my lifestyle asap. I was serious to make the changes needed. Samina provided me with guidelines and things I should work on and I followed through. She answered my questions promptly and really helped me to find what works for me and what I can do. It wasn't difficult, since it was tailored to my schedule. Now I rarely crave junk food, I found better food alternatives, I don't stuff myself anymore, and I am in a much better place with food. I don't get bloating problems much and I feel more active with energy. I'm sure everyone is different but if you are willing to put effort in and make changes then she is the person to go to. I feel very thankful for her and I am proud of myself as well!
