They remember you by name when you come in and are so helpful with picking out ideas, sharing techniques, and getting colors for you to use. If you don't finish your item the first time, you can come back and finish a 2nd time at no cost! ($10 if you come back after that on the same item.) Mind you, I'm hearing this all secondhand from an employee who was saying this to a cashier (and making sure I could hear her). It was a $45 plant, and the warranty was up in a week...
