The store is very large with many aisles of clothes, books/movies, shoes, jewelry, and home goods. I like how the item are sorted by size to make searching a little easier. The biggest downside is that there are no fitting rooms here, so you really just have to guess if something is going to fit. They do not do returns, but you can exchange clothes within 14 days with a receipt. The exchange process can take time if the store is busy though, as they need manager approval and the managers are limited. I will definitely be back to Savers for more thrifting soon! read more

New location Jan. 2026: of course it's big, aisles are arranged oddly. Not providing carry baskets is unwise. So we have huge grocery carts, and those awkward rolling baskets with long handles. This creates bumping into people when dragging the baskets,and blocking of aisles. Not a carry basket any where. Not all of us are buying massive items in bulk. Selection is good. Checkout staff is good. Prices seem to have increased! Note: There was a horrible headache Inducing odor on the left side of the store. Staff member was ready to gaslight me before calling manager. I didn't realize that not only do they have half off Mondays, but if you give them your phone number to become a member (which can also get you weekly coupons by email), they also have member 25% off Thursdays. First of all it's pretty sad that they have self checkout but you can't scan your own stuff & the staff has to do it. I asked the employee "why?" & he said "corporate doesn't think we're doing enough." I ell if that's the case then bring back the cash registers & put them on them. I did find a lot of stuff IMO overpriced for a donation store...aren't they suppose to be reasonable prices for the customers? I also came across a lot of disgusting, dirty items....peeps please clean your stuff that you're donating because the store won't. Am I crazy or is there something wrong with the mirrors attached to aisles here? I always make sure something fits or looks alright on me (even when secondhand shopping) and theres something wrong with the mirrors here! They are like funhouse / amusement park funny mirrors!! Savers you've made it so much harder for me (and maybe other consumers). I've definitely seen some wacky pricing on fake luxury bags and clearly fake designer clothing recently. This can be very confusing for shoppers :( Savers you can do better than this! The new location is clean and well organized and I'm glad it was moved to a bigger building. This location is enormous but there just wasn't a lot of quality options. The store seemed packed with fast fashion and discount clothing, but neatly arranged and somewhat organized. We looked and looked but pickings were slim. Two colors of tags were 50% and the crowd seemed into it. If you've a Ross or Shein shopper you might have had good luck. read more

I'm in Tucson cleaning out my mom's house and I've made several trips to this Savers on Broadway. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful, however one 23 year old young man with brownish curly hair went above and beyond. He had a coupon ready for me before I even opened my truck. He engaged me in conversation and asked about my son who I mentioned he reminded of. He also made me feel helpful for caring for my mom and making donations. Savers is my go-to thrift store in Illinois where I live, finding an Arizona Savers with this level of kindness? Never really stopped at this location before but for some reason I was drawn to it today and I must admit I am glad that I did stop by. I found an amazing deal for a jacket from Morehouse College in Atlanta. The college for which my son graduated from. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it in the store and the price made even better at 9.99 but that's where the deal ended, because as I looked around other items were overly priced, especially for being used, & a lot of overly distressed looking pieces, but I'm happy I found what I did find what I return maybe during Halloween season. read more

It hurts to write this but after many years of praising and recommending Savers and over 20 years of making it my go to for taking donations, it seems like people need to know before they go how their policies have steered me out the door. There are no longer fitting rooms in the store. While I can understand the risks of theft, with proper monitoring this doesn't seem insurmountable, but I can accept making a purchase and trying it on at home. Except if it doesn't fit, I can't return it. I can only exchange it for store credit, and then get something else that may or may not fit. It's unreasonable with secondhand clothes that vary a lot in shrinkage and labeling to trap a customer into numerous trips to find something that works. For that reason, sadly after over 20 years of donating and purchasing, I'm out. read more

i shop at Savers at least once to twice a week. i love that store. mondays are the best because everything is half price. during the week, there are about 4 colors that are half price. this review is on one of their associates, Savannah. she is the perfect example of someone who gives EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. no matter what day or time i'm there and she is working i hear her friendly voice welcoming people as they enter the store. my first stop is always the jewelry counter because i love those bargains. as i look over the items i can hear her helping the customers. i don't even have to look to see her smiling because i can hear it. My favorite place out here. We go pretty much every other Monday for the 50% off store wide. People constantly compliment me on items I get here. Many items still have brand new tags as well. It's well organized and clean. Sometimes you can still smell the soap they use for the clothes. I think they recently changed once soap they used. I like it more. I use items I find here for photoshoots. I love everything from fur coats, high fashion brand names, comfy clothes, craft items, fun shoes and more! Also great kitchen selection. Everything is 50% off on Monday's, that's the most important thing to remember. This place is impeccably organized making shopping very easy by size for clothing or by department for everything else. The announcements are entertaining and the employee was singing at times over the speakers. My one complaint is that it kind of overwhelms me but that is a personal problem. I refuse to give my money to this place. WAY overpriced for items that they get free and are used. Literally charging $6 for every old sheet and pan. Just left the store in shock. I went for my son who is 14 and in need of pants . All pants were 13.99 to 18.99 . They were in horrible condition. Super worn and dirty. Be very very aware of the poor sanitary conditions at this location and the cashiers who refuse to charge the correct price tags for 5 times the marked price!
