This shop is huge! I stopped in to kill some time, thinking I'd stay for about 30 minutes, but I ended up browsing for nearly two hours. The prices are on the higher end, but they do offer discounts on certain color tags. I managed to score a pair of designer shoes, so make sure to look through everything, you never know what treasures you'll find. They only have self checkout registers, and don't forget to bring your own bag; otherwise, they'll charge you for one. read more

The new location of this savers is clean, spread out and organized! I didn't realize that not only do they have half off Mondays, but if you give them your phone number to become a member (which can also get you weekly coupons by email), they also have member 25% off Thursdays. I enjoyed looking at the belt buckles, and they have a variety of shoes and kitchenware! read more

Rick and Marcella (I think) were very helpful. I was grateful to happen to stop in on a Monday when everything is 1/2 off. There are all kinds of items; however, I was only interested in the women's casual clothes. All my purchases were under $20.00. I told them there needs to be one in Anchorage, Alaska. read more

Great service and clothes shopping bargains. Kids toys and lots of things to shop for. Very good experience here.

First of all it's pretty sad that they have self checkout but you can't scan your own stuff & the staff has to do it. I asked the employee "why?" & he said "corporate doesn't think we're doing enough." I ell if that's the case then bring back the cash registers & put them on them. I did find a lot of stuff IMO overpriced for a donation store...aren't they suppose to be reasonable prices for the customers? I also came across a lot of disgusting, dirty items....peeps please clean your stuff that you're donating because the store won't. Some items I came across such as used sneaker, weren't in the condition to even be selling. Since you can't return anything PLEASE have some dressing rooms! This will also give your employee's "something to do," who wants to buy clothes if they're not sure whether or not that they will fit? Not me.... read more

The store is very large with many aisles of clothes, books/movies, shoes, jewelry, and home goods. I like how the item are sorted by size to make searching a little easier. The biggest downside is that there are no fitting rooms here, so you really just have to guess if something is going to fit. They do not do returns, but you can exchange clothes within 14 days with a receipt. The exchange process can take time if the store is busy though, as they need manager approval and the managers are limited. I will definitely be back to Savers for more thrifting soon! read more

If you're looking for a thrift store where there are aisles and aisles of great selections, this is the store for you. There are numerous aisles dedicated to male and female clothing alike as well as a huge selection of fiction and non fiction books. You can even find music cds and a few video games and board games. There is an even a section for home decor. I highly recommend checking this place out read more

Am I crazy or is there something wrong with the mirrors attached to aisles here? I always make sure something fits or looks alright on me (even when secondhand shopping) and theres something wrong with the mirrors here! They are like funhouse / amusement park funny mirrors!! Savers you've made it so much harder for me (and maybe other consumers). I've definitely seen some wacky pricing on fake luxury bags and clearly fake designer clothing recently. This can be very confusing for shoppers :( Savers you can do better than this! The new location is clean and well organized and I'm glad it was moved to a bigger building. Hoping to see some improvements on better pricing as they receive items for free! read more

This location is enormous but there just wasn't a lot of quality options. The store seemed packed with fast fashion and discount clothing, but neatly arranged and somewhat organized. We looked and looked but pickings were slim. Two colors of tags were 50% and the crowd seemed into it. If you've a Ross or Shein shopper you might have had good luck. read more

New location Jan. 2026: of course it's big, aisles are arranged oddly. Not providing carry baskets is unwise. So we have huge grocery carts, and those awkward rolling baskets with long handles. This creates bumping into people when dragging the baskets, and blocking of aisles. Not a carry basket any where. Not all of us are buying massive items in bulk. Selection is good. Checkout staff is good. Prices seem to have increased! Note: There was a horrible headache Inducing odor on the left side of the store. Staff member was ready to gaslight me before calling manager. It smelled like Lysol and insecticide. read more

I love Savers! It is a bit high in price unless you know how to work their deals, but once figured out you get a great deal for your money. It's clean and organized. The only reason I knocked off a star is because there are no fitting rooms, and they do not offer returns. You can only exchange. read more

How are you gonna have all those clothes and no dressing room will not be back for clothes.

They priced a garage light for 3 TIMES more expensive than brand new. Prices have gone through the roof lately and employees have become more rude read more

I think they've lost the plot.. donated 2nd hand clothes should not be as expensive as they are in this store! $8 for a shirt I've seen at Walmart for $5.. HOMEMADE tie dye shirt $8 I get the name brand stuff being a bit more.. this store is for people who need a little more help and the prices here are not helping their target audience.. and it's honestly sad.. I used to love Savers read more

I'm in Tucson cleaning out my mom's house and I've made several trips to this Savers on Broadway. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful, however one 23 year old young man with brownish curly hair went above and beyond. He had a coupon ready for me before I even opened my truck. He engaged me in conversation and asked about my son who I mentioned he reminded of. He also made me feel helpful for caring for my mom and making donations. Savers is my go-to thrift store in Illinois where I live, finding an Arizona Savers with this level of kindness? It's fabulous especially since this work I'm doing for my mom has been an emotional roller coaster. Hey Savers, you've got a great staff and a particular gem in that curly haired 23 year old. I am impressed. read more

I have been shopping here for years. i like the selection. i but electronics or clothes. i like half price Mondays.

Never really stopped at this location before but for some reason I was drawn to it today and I must admit I am glad that I did stop by. I found an amazing deal for a jacket from Morehouse College in Atlanta. The college for which my son graduated from. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it in the store and the price made even better at 9.99 but that's where the deal ended, because as I looked around other items were overly priced, especially for being used, & a lot of overly distressed looking pieces, but I'm happy I found what I did find what I return maybe during Halloween season. read more

Hang their long pants so you can see the length! Plus when I do find something I like then look at the price tag, more than half of the time I put the item back! I used to buy a lot of stuff from there but not much the last 2yrs or so because of the prices read more

It hurts to write this but after many years of praising and recommending Savers and over 20 years of making it my go to for taking donations, it seems like people need to know before they go how their policies have steered me out the door. There are no longer fitting rooms in the store. While I can understand the risks of theft, with proper monitoring this doesn't seem insurmountable, but I can accept making a purchase and trying it on at home. Except if it doesn't fit, I can't return it. I can only exchange it for store credit, and then get something else that may or may not fit. It's unreasonable with secondhand clothes that vary a lot in shrinkage and labeling to trap a customer into numerous trips to find something that works. For that reason, sadly after over 20 years of donating and purchasing, I'm out. read more

Everything was neat and organized but the aisles are way too small. If you have one cart down the aisle it's blocked. The stuff for sale was too expensive. 16 dollars for used pants that are 24 new. read more

Their prices have become absolutely ridiculous. Went there today - $18 for a tablecloth. $20 for a blouse. They get this stuff for free, the store is dirty, dressing rooms closed down - I don't know what kind of store they think they are. read more

This Savers is a wonderful thrift store with large departments and a bright energy. I often pick up some unique household and kitchen items, some of which are new in original packaging! Today I found some cute new clothing items that were on my wish list. The racks of clothing go on and on with many options for each size. I love knowing that my purchases are green not only due to recycling quality items but also due to the profits being used for good in the community. read more

Price tags don't reflect how inventory is donated, used. Old Navy across the street sells new for the same cost. Probably due to paying a security team, although I can't imagine many people trying to steal pilling Forever 21 dresses no one in their right mind would pay $11.99 for. Lucky to find a top in my color for $3 read more

i shop at Savers at least once to twice a week. i love that store. mondays are the best because everything is half price. during the week, there are about 4 colors that are half price. this review is on one of their associates, Savannah. she is the perfect example of someone who gives EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. no matter what day or time i'm there and she is working i hear her friendly voice welcoming people as they enter the store. my first stop is always the jewelry counter because i love those bargains. as i look over the items i can hear her helping the customers. i don't even have to look to see her smiling because i can hear it. KUDOS to Savannah's hard work and friendly face. please pass this onto her because she deserves to know. everyone wants to hear when they've been doing a GREAT job. thank you. a lifelong shopper of Savers. i always say i'm a Saverholic! ;) read more

No fitting rooms. No refunds- exchange only. Almost $10 for a basic tee shirt and can't keep the hanger.

My favorite place out here. We go pretty much every other Monday for the 50% off store wide. People constantly compliment me on items I get here. Many items still have brand new tags as well. It's well organized and clean. Sometimes you can still smell the soap they use for the clothes. I think they recently changed once soap they used. I like it more. I use items I find here for photoshoots. I love everything from fur coats, high fashion brand names, comfy clothes, craft items, fun shoes and more! Also great kitchen selection. Sometimes you get great furniture finds too! read more

In the mood for some thrifting? Looking to score some of those good-good deals? Themed party you want to attend without breaking the bank? Look no further! Savers is hands down my favorite thrift shop in Tucson. The store is large and feels clean, and the inventory always seems fresh and new. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the deals are not to be missed! Half off Mondays are particularly amazing (although extra busy, be warned), but military get 20% every day which is good to keep in mind if you or a loved one are in the service. You can also sign up for their rewards program and earn savings as you spend, which I'm never mad at! Thrifting is so much fun, and allows you to be creative without going broke, all the while helping the environment via sustainable sourcing! Overall, definitely check out Savers if you haven't because it's always worth the trip. read more

Parking lots a nightmare. The prices are ridiculously high. I'm not sure why this place is so busy. I feel like you can buy new decor on sale and pay what you have to pay for used at savers. I've gone 3 times and walked out with nothing. I'm done. Not going again. read more

Everything is 50% off on Monday's, that's the most important thing to remember. This place is impeccably organized making shopping very easy by size for clothing or by department for everything else. So much stuff!! read more

I refuse to give my money to this place. WAY overpriced for items that they get free and are used. Literally charging $6 for every old sheet and pan. You could pay less for brand new at any dollar store! Even Walmart in some cases. Don't even think about buying clothing here. Prices like a department store NOT a thrift store meant to help poor people. Shame on them. read more
