Their clothes are separated by their color (love this!). Of course they have size dividers on the clothing racks. Clothes were in pretty good condition & I found that their prices were reasonable unlike another common thrift store in town. They even have dressing rooms! Only problem I found with their dressing rooms is there is no bench to sit down on if needed nor anyplace to set your purse. I only found 3 posts to hang clothes on but unfortunately others had left their unwanted items on them. I did find a rack outside the dressing room to hang your clothes on that don't fit/you don't like. I had to use the bathroom while there & found the ladies room clean & they even had more than one stall. There was two water fountains outside of the bathrooms & one had a filter water option so if you happen to bring in your water bottle you can fill it up with filtered water. I wish on their shoe racks that they had the sizes on the shelves & their shoes organized by their size. I found an expensive pair of dress pants for only $5.00! I also found a large selection of crafting scissors & bought a couple of them to use with a scrape book that I want to put together. There was no line when I went to check out. The cashier was nice. The store didn't have a strong smell of air freshener like some other thrift stores have. I didn't feel gross after shopping here. I'll definitely want to stop in here again next time I'm in town visiting my friend. I was very impressed. :-)

The book section here was huge, and the deals were great! $4.99 for hard covers and $3.99 for paperbacks!!! You can't beat those prices. I found four books and a beautiful picture of some trees!!! Melinda was very helpful and rang up my items fast. I would definitely comeback here next time I'm in the area.

I have a really decent rapport with pretty much all of the staff and managers at probably at least the next 8 closest goodwills. This one is the exception. The red headed (really long presumably natural ginger) manager is literally unhinged with the way she treats the merchandise she is ringing up for people, literally slamming 75 year old glasses into the counter, and laughing when she smashes heavy plates down on top of dainty little glasses to the point of needing to be inspected for breakage. In spite of this, when politely asked if she had any newspaper for the most fragile and delicate items (like 3-4 pieces) , she looked around, and said no, sorry, but I can bag them separately so they don't break" (and as much of a tree hugging hippie as I am, these same 75 year old glasses (that were overpriced af btw), wouldn't make it home all rattling around willy nilly sans any protection. "Okay, thanks so much!" And literally I turn to dig for my phone to tap, and turn back around as she literally shoved the entire bag with 4 separate breakable items right in front of my face, leaving them crashing against each other as they bag kept swaying side to side. "I guess the whole I'll wrap them separately so they don't break comment was entirely inaccurate, huh?" "Well, idk why you think we are OBLIGATED to provide you newspaper, we don't have to do that and we're not GOING to do that and I'm NOT going to wrap them separately". Okay psycho, but literally instead of just lying for the sake of lying and being surprised when a customer is horrified to hear their 75 year old glasses clanking against each other, why even bother to say you will to begin with?!?! Like I genuinely have no clue wtf her problem is, but clearly she was bothered immensely by being expected to do her job in a competent manner with the most minute fraction of customer service skills. Like I get it, girlypop. If I had your job, I would be a raging psycho that had no respect for anyone or anything, too.... But literally, goodwill should really evaluate which managers should have a customer service forward type of position, bc this was literally the most wildly obnoxious customer service I have *EVER* experienced in a goodwill. Stop lying to people, that's gross af. Be a better human.

I had a really frustrating experience with Plato's Closet. I dropped off my clothes and was told…read morethe wait time would be around 45-55 minutes, which seemed reasonable. I came back an hour and a half later, also known as twice the quoted wait time and they hadn't even started going through my items. Not delayed... not running behind... completely untouched. To make things worse, I had groceries sitting in my truck, so it's not like I could just wait around another 20+ minutes while they finally got to it. When I asked what was going on, the manager said they had a "rush" and their computers went down, which honestly just felt like a cop-out. If you're that backed up, be upfront instead, contact the people waiting on you but of instead you're just wasting their time. What really pushed it over the edge was the manager's response. When I pointed out that it didn't seem like anyone cared enough to fix the situation, she told me I was "coming at her." But if acknowledging that nothing was being done to make it right counts as "coming at you," then yes, that's exactly what I was doing. Because from my perspective, there was zero effort to take responsibility or offer any kind of solution. The whole experience felt disorganized and dismissive. If you're going to take people's items and give them a timeframe, the least you can do is respect it, or communicate when you can't. Instead, it was a complete waste of time with no accountability. I won't be back.

Some of the prices on the items seemed a bit high, but, if you go in and actively look for sale items, it's worth it. They also have a good return policy. I bought a nice Polo for my husband and it was a bit too large, I returned it in a few days and it was fine. They are a well organized store with a helpful staff. If you are looking for a used, trendy item this spot is a good one to try. Be aware to really look through things thoroughly, I missed a great pair of jeans because they were hidden in a rack. I'm glad I did a double take. I've only recently bought multiple items here but, I haven't sold yet.

I feel ripped off. I…read morewent last week for the first time, the owner looked at my items while I checked out the store. I noticed most items are sold in the $5.99 to $9.99 range, very few things cost lower than that. Some cat & jack items cost cheaper brand new at target! When I came to the register, the owner had selected 4 outfits, one hat, and two toys, and she offered me $6 dlls cash for all of them, or $8 dlls store credit. So, my items are not even worth $1 dlls each? She will at the very least quadruple the price on those, I felt a little offended. and I said I prefer not to sell them to her. Then she contemptuously asked if these items had been rejected at little birds? For reference, I was at little birds about a month ago, I brought in a baby bath tub, I saw they had one on the shelf selling for $10 dlls, they offered me $5 cash for it, or $8 dlls store credit. It felt like a fair exchange because they are paying me about half of what they will be selling for, and their items are very affordable, usually if I trade one or two outfits with them I can buy at least one pretty decent item with that credit, I love them even when they don't take everything I bring, because I don't feel like they are taking advantage of me. On the opposite side, this store wants to take 7 items from me and the money they offer only pays for one overpriced item? I had already chosen two dresses I liked for my daughter, and I did purchase them, when she tried to wear one of them, it's torn..
