This place is definitely something else just recently it wasn't like it. They must not like sell their items because they have no customer service. The bald cashier he worked on 5/14/25 his names is a weird one, coldom. Was so rude it's slip out that there was chicken in back but he refused to get me one. I buy them for my dogs. So I refused to buy my entire groceries lies there now. He must've had fun holding up that counter. lazy for big guy, there were three people get paid to stand around. They will go bankrupt like Rite aid and forever 21 and big lots. With lazy people with no customer service. They won't get one dime from me. Owner should watch the cameras. read more

I had a last minute five dozen assorted donut order thank you SAVEMART for coming through. They were ready at 6 AM Friday morning. They were delicious and the price of a dozen of donuts is half price of any donut shop and they are just as good and you get really good customer service and they were boxed and ready to go. I want to thank the girls in the bakery department, ROBIN, Araceli, Amy, for taking the order martha for answering the phone. Thank you girls, I will definitely be back to get more donuts read more

COVID-19 phase Great store. Smaller. They still have pretty much everything! The store is clean and the workers are masked. Everything you can think of from produce, frozen foods, meats, snacks, veggies and so much more. I bought a Diet Pepsi and saw some Taco Bell Fire Cheddar crisps that I had to get. They had a bunch on a hidden side isle. How could you not? As I checked out the worker was very nice. It was simple and easy. The worker also wished me a good day! Great store and service! I love this store, nice clean, wide aisle everything is fresh. The fish department is one of a kind they have scooters for the elderly or disabled. The only thing that keeps me from buying everything there are the prices and that's not save Mart fault it's the fault of our government but it's still a great. read more

I went there a couple of weeks ago to do some shopping. While I was shopping, I remembered that I needed to grab some diet. Dr. Pepper, I went to go grab it and find that there was none on the shelf. As I was checking out, I mentioned to my cashier that there was no Diet Dr Pepper on the shelf. Cameron finished scanning all my items, then went to that back himself and came back up front with the soda I was looking for. After the transaction was over, he even went out of his way to assist me with putting my groceries in my vehicle. Cameron, not only did you go out of your way to get me what I needed, but you provided great and outstanding customer service !! Thank you very much !!! This store does not take responsibility for what they sell !!! Do not buy their wine! It is simply corcked ! Bought 2 bottles of the same wine, opened one, and was not able to drink it because it smells like mold, went back to the store to return the second one as an exchange for a different kind and they told me it was illegal to do so! Clean supermarket- clean floors, well stocked, older 70s type store, but with fresh produce, and items- I do wish they had a full deli and bakery, but friendly service with a smile at all times- Make sure you bring your bags when shopping here- they do have weekly specials- If need be, they will take you groceries to your car for you - read more

Masks are optional here, apparently. About 50% of customers were completely unmasked, and employees did nothing to enforce it. Disgusting.

This is my favorite Save mart. It's just like Cheers everyone knows your name if your a local. Several times that I had the item that I thought was a sale item but wasn't, the cashiers and baggers noticed and made sure I got the sale price. Always fresh fruit and veggies. Hard working employees are always friendly and helpful. I love the clean smell of the store every time I go in there. It's very neat and clean. The fruits and vegetables can be pricey. They have a red box movie rental inside so if you wanna see movies at home you can get some there. They carry milk from a local farm in Hanford and its the only kind my sister likes. It's within a shopping center so you can get fast food nearby, go to the bank and do your laundry. Also you can fill up your water gallon outside of the store. read more

I usually don't shop here as the prices are just too high but there was a sale on Life cereal (my sons' favorite). Usually $5 a box and this sale was for a the larger box buy 2 for $5 so I went and picked up my cereal from the shelf, I made sure to pick up the boxes above the advertised label, stood in line and paid. Then as I was leaving I realized I paid to much. Ok no big deal. So went in to get my refund and RN he cashier was so rude. She practically snapped her back and got al defensive. I mean really I am a customer there is no need for rudeness! No apology for the mistake or her attitude! She pawned me off to another cashier who barely said 2 words to me and neither of which were sorry or have a good day! Lesson learned stick with what you know. This store is the only store that I ever have a problem with! So frustrated! Today their system went down & I use their app! So of course I had a basket full of groceries but was unable to access my shopping list, rewards, points & offers that I am forced to use with their app! By the way, they do not offer free Wi-Fi so to use your app you must also use your data at all Savemarts located near me! Fortunately the ladies who assisted me during all of this, put my cart in the walk-in so that I could go back & get everything that I had already wasted an hour shopping for! I am beyond annoyed with Savemart & their ridiculous app! I have also called corporate to ask that they become more diabetic friendly, to complain about the app, etc. but that doesn't help & is only a waste of time! False advertising at its best! Went in today to get some meat that was on sale. Noticed the packages had two price tags on them, the one under reflecting the advertised price and the one on top reflecting the regular price. When I was rung up the meat rang up at the higher regular price. I pointed it out and spent the next twenty minutes being told how wrong I was that I shouldn't be expecting to pay the cheaper marked price. John one of the floor managers was the worst about the situation. He was rude and disrespectful. I should have been given the meat for the lower price, I met all requirements to get the sale price yet he refused. read more
