Twice I went to get the standard sized bottle of some assorted liquor and just before I checked out the employee said, hey for only $5 more you can get the bigger size that's on sale right now... or something to that effect. I thought it was really nice that instead of just being happy to get more profit off of selling the non sale, smaller items they want to make sure you know the deals. Beware, it's pretty packed, but don't let that put you off.

Then they 'tried to deliver' (I watched my front door camera, they didn't even ring the bell) but couldn't so I rescheduled for the next Tues. They show up Mon. (luckily I was home as saw the truck pull up), driver speaks zero English, luckily I dabble in Spanish so we muddled through how she needs my ID or DL. No problem, I pull up my DL from the CA DMV app and show her, she says "No good I need to scan." No problem, I flip over to the QR code so she can scan. Nope, doesn't work. Now I have her wait while I go find my actual DL so I can get this crappy liquor that I ordered three weeks ago. Never again BevMo, never again. I will no longer shop your store's or brand.
