We hired…read morethem in the spring '25 and they failed to recognize a fungal disease that was infecting 7 trees instead blaming it on "typical winter damage." After spending several hundred dollars on fertilizer treatments and more than a thousand dollars on pruning, the trees likely need to be replaced (see the picture below and decide for yourself whether you would hire this crew). The company representative had the audacity to blame the situation on me suggesting that I should have contacted them earlier. Terrible way to treat customers, especially when this company is so expensive. Terrible service, terrible quality and even worse value. Fair warning. you should look elsewhere for your tree care needs.

But we never heard from anyone at the business asking us if we were satisfied with the job. At the time we were fairly satisfied but there were some areas that we felt weren't done as well as we wanted. For the price we paid for the work we didn't feel we got our monies worth.
