I was greeted at the Costco and informed that he had been working there 20 years and has never heard of a Costco butcher slicing already packaged meat. This was later confirmed when I went to the meat department and was told by two people packing the five dollar cooked chickens. They explained ,No the butchers do not slice meat, that's already packaged. Unfortunately, the actual butcher was not available.
