She was engaging, knowledgeable, hilarious, and such a great storyteller. You could tell she truly loves what she does, and she made the whole group feel comfortable and entertained from start to finish. We had signed up for the "drag queen pub crawl" through "The American Tour Company". The tour was scheduled for Saturday, March 16 from 7:30-9:30 pm. (Tour confirmation number 213334114). We showed up just before 7:00 at the designated meeting spot (117 Whitaker). We wait until nearly 8:00 pm. No one shows to do the tour. I tried calling the number on the confirmation (833.644.8687); it makes a loud screechy noise and then says "this call cannot be completed as dialed". I also emailed the email address included on the confirmation and have not received a response (heather@ahappyguide.com). After we returned back to our condo at Hilton Head and did a lot of dogging online, we found the tour had been "rescheduled" for 5:00 pm. We received no email or no phone call regarding the rescheduled tour. Even if we had, a 5:00 tour would not have worked with our travel plans. You can't just Willy nilly change a scheduled tour time by more than 2 hours...who does that?!?! We have requested a refund from the tour company (through the email noted earlier), but I fully anticipate we will not be issued a refund. Savannah visitors deserve better. I have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau, the Savannah Convention and Visitors Office and the Savannah Chamber of Commerce. I plan to call the Savannah permitting office on Monday and file a complaint with them as well. I want a full refund, but honestly I don't expect I will ever receive any contact back from this company for this tour. Stay away from this tour and this company. Completely disreputable!

The Moron Twins, Dani and Danny (AKA Ava & Jamal), were entertaining from start to finish. They did a great job getting the audience involved and the jokes, commentary, and occasional history lessons never sounded like they were repeating something they had memorized - it sounded like they were sharing the information for the first time. I think it's smart there is a minimum age requirement (13 years). There is occasional adult language and situations, but never anything over-the-top; I'd say it's the equivalent of a PG-13 rating at the theater. My favorite part was when Danny, a black man wearing a red wig, pretended to be Julia Roberts. He had left the bus a minute or so earlier during another skit and showed up strolling along the sidewalk with his red wig, engaging passing vehicles and pedestrians - it was hilarious. There was a brief stop in the middle of the tour, long enough for everyone to use the restroom and freshen their drinks. I'd like to give a special, personal shout-out to Jamal for looking out for my husband when he was having trouble getting on the bus due to a bad hip. Thank you, Jamal! It meant a lot to me. If you are visiting or if you live in Savannah, this is a must-see tour. I highly recommend it.

They incorporated material from guests on the bus and peppered laughs throughout the tour. It was irreverent, a little raunchy in just the right way to make you blush. One of the highlights include Danny existing the bus and taking the show to the street with innocent bystanders becoming part of the show, all while narrated inside by Danni. We covered several blocks with Danny running through the streets and squares while we laughed in the air conditioned trolly. A great show, must do when visiting Savannah... and you'll learn a little history too... but much, but just enough.

Then we picked out a couple fun helmets, met our guide Gregg who gave each one of us a personalized lesson in mounting, dismounting, forward, reverse, and turning, before allowing us s few minutes practice before we started our tour. I have to say, I started the day thinking I'd be falling off and ended thinking I want to own one of these things.
