She suggested bartenders to us who were terrible and over poured and made our guests sick, a guest came to me and let me try a drink and I about fell over from how strong it was. My husband had to go around being the event planner when Tracy just checked out halfway through. He had to get the alcohol before the event started that she said her bartender would plan for. we paid her over 10k and did pretty much everything ourselves on the day of. Tracy's service is the worst, I would have been far better off having no event planner at all and doing it myself. This lady is all talk and no walk.

I asked the guy setting them up why they were being so hospitable, to which he said he just thought we were nice people! All in all I appreciate the venue and the people in charge of it for their genuine help in making our experience as comfortable and enjoyable it could be!

I can only imagine how chaotic it must have been, but everything was setup on time and came out beautiful! The theme was like XLB on CNY, and Janice ran with the idea and brought it to life. We loved the addition of the fans and flowers! There were also some lanterns that they were able to attach onto the walls that added to the theme, but we forgot to take pictures of them. Overall great experience working with Janice and extremely happy with the result.

Since my fiance is a computer scientist and I'm a chemist working with semiconductors, we requested unique table signs with elemental symbols of Group III-V elements and other semiconductor elements. After some email exchanges, Lauren quickly designed the table signs (as requested). We weren't as particular with our other signs, so those contained floral decor reminiscent of our plum and ivory color scheme. I had to call several times a few weeks after I was looking into getting a quote for tables and chairs for another event. Never had anything confirmed went with another person and classe charged my card and had me booked in the system. I never got a phone call on email or anything confirming the date or time. Luckily I checked my bank account and noticed the charged amount called right away just to make sure that nothing got delivered the day before. I work in the wedding and event industry, and their lack of communication is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
