Tracy's service is the worst, I would have been far better off having no event planner at all and doing it myself. This lady is all talk and no walk.

The event was held in the stone room, which was perfect for our party of around 30 guests. Susan and Kaylee worked directly with me to bring my vision to life and were always available to meet and answer any questions. Their preferred vendors were also awesome - shoutout to It's Graze-y and Wisteria Grove! The final decor was absolutely stunning, and the event turned out better than I could have imagined. Susan and Kaylee even set up an arts and crafts table for the children present to help keep them occupied! It was such an unexpected surprise and really touched my heart. The day of, the venue we booked decided to cut our setup time short because there was a party that booked lunchtime and was running late. Despite this setback, Janice and her team were there on time working on setting up while the restaurant workers were cleaning up. I can only imagine how chaotic it must have been, but everything was setup on time and came out beautiful! The theme was like XLB on CNY, and Janice ran with the idea and brought it to life. We loved the addition of the fans and flowers! There were also some lanterns that they were able to attach onto the walls that added to the theme, but we forgot to take pictures of them. Overall great experience working with Janice and extremely happy with the result.

Since my fiance is a computer scientist and I'm a chemist working with semiconductors, we requested unique table signs with elemental symbols of Group III-V elements and other semiconductor elements. After some email exchanges, Lauren quickly designed the table signs (as requested). We weren't as particular with our other signs, so those contained floral decor reminiscent of our plum and ivory color scheme. She even enlarged our welcome sign from 8.5" x 11" to 20"x30" with a $20 charge so that we can print them at Walmart ourselves. Thanks, Lauren!
