We visited several places and then remembered that the place we got our mattress (Texas Mattress Makers) also did sectionals, etc. This places looks like a big warehouse when you drive up but when you walk inside you see that it is a nice place to shop. Living Designs has a large selection to choose from and the best thing is that they love making custom furniture., We were greeted by Dean. He showed us around, told us about the furniture that was on the floor and answered all our questions. The best thing about getting furniture from Living Designs is that ALL the furniture is made here in Houston Texas. All the material that is used in make the furniture is sourced in the USA. Living Designs has lots of different styles to choose from and lots of different fabrics to choose from also. Frame has a lifetime warranty under normal wear. Foam has a 1 year warranty. Sewing has a 3 year warranty. Fabric has a 1 year warranty. Dean made us feel comfortable which is why we decided on Living Designs Furniture for the purchase of our custom made sectional. Delivery was in a timely manner for furniture which was custom made. So far we are pleased with our sectional from Living Designs Furniture. I recommend that if you are shopping for furniture you go look at Living Designs Furniture.

Nadeau has a zero return policy, and took no responsibility for this and asked that I try to negotiate with the driver who promptly denied any wrongdoing. I called about this and they said they'd ask a manager and then call me back which they never did. I called a second time and they said they'd check with the management again and yet again they never contacted me. The furniture is fine but I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with a place that drops the ball and is content sticking a customer with full priced broken furniture. Good concept but poorly operated.

They gave us options on the timing, communicated well, and the guys who delivered it were absolutely top notch. They gave me a heads up when they were 15 minutes out, arrived within their window, brought it upstairs without complaint, assembled it extremely quickly, and cleaned up all their trash.

I contacted them the next morning (not even 24 hours later) asking to cancel or exchange--even offering to spend more--but they refused due to an "as-is" policy. If a product has known issues, that should be disclosed upfront. Failing to do so is deceptive, I wasn't trying to return and walk away--I was willing to buy something else--but they wouldn't work with me at all. When they sell furniture there that has been discontinued it is probably has nothing to do with the manufacturer not making it anymore, it is because there were reported problems with it. Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. While it feels like a premium job for obvious reasons, I value quality service and execution, which is what I ultimately got by hiring Floor Coverings International.

I hired Kathryn Edwards in 2013 to help with the construction design of our new home. Kathy's sunny personality and her impeccable taste were the highlights of our construction process. I loved that she really worked hard to incorporate all of my existing furniture and some items that I love into the new house. She made sure that my family photos were included and we found some precious doggy wallpaper for my laundry room. Walking in that room always made me smile!! When all was said and done, my house was "me" AND beautiful, as well!!! Now in 2020 we've decided to downsize and once again Savannah House was hired to help us with all of the important decisions. Kathy Edwards has worked with me, my parents and my brother over the past 15 years. She does great design work and will update and incorporate your old favorites with fabulous new items. She always goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right. She did a fabulous job helping my parents get their downstairs redone after Hurricane Harvey--got the furniture refinished, all new rugs, helped re-hang all of the art and placed all of the accessories for them. She actually even helped pack up the house and move all of the furniture upstairs for the reconstruction! Savannah House has great accessories, gifts, lovely furnishings and lighting. Kathy is particularly skilled when involved with construction projects because of her experience and knowledge in this arena topped with her design expertise. We have always had to call them, and when we do they always deflect us to their warehouse, who tells is a new month it "should" be in stock. I understand that the supply chain continues to be impacted by the pandemic, but no communication, updates, or compensation offered has made the experience frustrating.
