We've gone ash blonde, to strawberry, to beautiful rich reds, back to buttery blonde and back to red again and the end product is perfect every time. She also does a wonderful job of maintaining the integrity of my hair and making sure we keep it healthy in the process. She always takes the time to listen to me (very poorly) attempt to tell her what I want. Not being in the hair business myself, it's hard for me to explain my vision sometimes and somehow she still nails it. She's patient and thoughtful and really cares about her clients and it shows. I'm also a big fan of the salon in general - the owners are super nice and very humble which is rare to find in Dallas. The environment is relaxed and everyone is friendly and welcoming and the clients seem to be very loyal/long term and it's no wonder why. Come see Katie - you won't regret it I promise!!

I had finally grown my hair out and wanted soft layers again, but I just couldn't find a stylist in Dallas who understood what I was looking for -- until I found Christina at Pin Salon. A friend recommended the salon, and from the moment I met Christina, I felt at ease. She took the time to look at photos, talk through my concerns, and explain exactly how she could bring movement and shape back into my hair without risking another disaster. Her patience and attention to detail were incredibly reassuring. I walked in for a consultation... and walked out with the best haircut I've had in over three years! My hair finally looks like me again -- soft, fresh, and perfectly layered. I've already received so many compliments on how great my hair looks. If you've been traumatized by bad cuts or are simply looking for someone truly skilled with layers, Christina is the one. I couldn't be happier!

They do not make your hair weird shades of red:)

The main reason I went in this time was to fix a botched V-shape so I just needed to even it out, get in some layers, and most importantly, take off weight (my hair is extremely thick and I have a lot of it). Hanna listened and gave her own expert input, and I walked out with the best hair cut I've had in literal years. So, so happy to have found her. Oh, and her prices are ridiculously good, like I would've expected to pay at least $15-30 more than what I did.

She arrived early, was willing to step and in help with day-of tasks outside of her norm, and was encouraging and fun to have around on the important day. Hanna came recommended by a friend who trusts Hanna with all her hair needs and has for many years - if I lived locally I too would go to Hanna. Was happy to have her for this special event though!

Overall for a high end salon you get a very high end experience worth the price you're paying. Although I'd say the parking can be unpredictable so arrive a little early for wiggle room.
