I brought in an inspiration photo, and when I say Minh did an AMAZING job he absolutely nailed it. I am in love with my nails and the design. His customer service was truly top tier. Lisa at the front desk was beautiful, polite, and very organized and professional. The lovely lady who did my pedicure had such a kind, warm, and endearing spirit -- it really made the experience even better. First visit: $109 for a gel manicure/pedicure. Within a couple of days, two nails split at the sides and the gel started lifting and peeling. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back. Second visit: $114. The gel started lifting the very next day, and within a week several nails had completely peeled off. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly. For the price point, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointing, especially after giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.
