These are the best prices I've found on any tours in Hawaii. We saved over $30 per person per tour using Sav-On, and that was on top of the other discounted prices so more like $50 off the web prices for the two things we booked (Dolphin Excursions tour and Ka Moana luau). My friend found the website.. and we booked our luau and snorkeling and jetski combo through SavOns. We didn't book the transportation to the luau until the day prior and it was hassle free trying to do it. Very easy, just give them a call and tell them what you want and its done in less the 2 minutes. My friends and I were looking for good deals of Shark Cage Diving in Oahu and found this website. We weren't sure if it was legit but decided to take a chance. The regular price for Shark Cage Diving is $120 and we got it for $89 from sav-on tours! You purchase the tickets on the website and they will email you back within a few hours (during business hours) to confirm that the activity/event has space for you. Also when we were in Honolulu one night at 7:00pm, we decided we wanted to go to the Paradise Cove Luau for the NEXT night. We purchased the tickets online and when we woke up the next morning at 9:00am, sav-on tours had already confirmed that we were going to the luau that night. I chose the option "service with no printer" so I didn't need to print anything out, when I got to Paradise Cove, they already had all of my information. Regular price for this luau is $88 and we purchased it for $60. Everything worked out great with both activities. I would definitely recommend sav-on tours to anyone visiting Hawaii! read more

Great experience and Bev was awesome to work with. I called about the Hilton Hawaiian Luau for a party of 9 and Bev was able to give us a little discount on top of the already reduced price. I was psyched as you can imagine a luau for 9 can get pricey. Transaction was quick and Bev seemed very knowledgeable about the best way to get me the tickets. We worked out that a fax to the hotel was the best and she told me she would be sending it in the next 5 minutes. About 20 minutes later we got a call in the room. Apparently, the credit card I had given Bev had declined (too many large transactions and looked suspicious) and Bev went through the trouble to hunt me down because my cell phone had no reception in the room. Horrible customer service. Missed a luau reservation due to a very delayed flight. Reached out to them when I knew I wouldn't make it and cited my flight info. Only recourse was to contact them via a crude web form. No number to call and only open limited hours. Received a terse email response just restating their 48-hour cancellation policy and a dismissive suggestion to call the luau company to see if I could rebook; not even an offer to help or provide even a partial refund. Found this website while I was roaming around on Yelp for things to do in Oahu. I went last November and didn't purchase anything but went back to the island this past January and I'm so glad I checked what they had to offer. I guess there was a special for the Magic of Polynesia show and the tickets were ONLY $35. I've danced for a halau before so I'm not too excited about watching luaus but it was some of my cousins first time in Hawaii and I didn't want to ruin their experience. I read that this show incorporated magic and dancing and overall was entertaining and a good way to start our trip. My cousins enjoyed it especially my niece! If I could give this tour company a zero I would. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY TOUR TICKETS FROM HERE!!!!! Purchase them from the actual event center paradise cove . They will rip you off. I had to cancel a hula due to an accident my son had. I called and this company a day in advance and they refused to give me a refund. They claimed I needed to show proof of a hospital bill from hawaii before they could consider if maybe they could reimburse me. They ended up selling my tickets through the main event paradise Cove. If I would of purchased from them I would not have had any problem getting my refund as they have a 24 hr policy not 48 like this place and on top of that they keep a percentage for canceling. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere so you don't have to go through what i did. $475 was what I ended up loosing. No voucher for future use was offered at least. Oh and they do not have a phone number so that should have been a red flag. All communication is via email. for this tour agency. Worst experience and ruined my Hawaii vacation. read more

I do not recommend you use this Company. You can get the same value and tickets directly from where ever you want to go. It's not that the sites themselves are bad it's the transportation to and from your hotel where they pack you into a Chevy traverse like sardines with no air conditioning... People coughing and smelling bad! Do not recommend to anyone! I even rented a car at the airport and called to see if we could drive ourselves and was told no. Get with your concierge at whatever hotel you are using and book through them. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They sublet their transportation to local taxis.... Not cool! Not saying any money! I promise to share this horrific experience with as many people I know on Facebook Twitter and Instagram and have it translated in as many languages that Google can translate! I must say it was really easy and legit. You book it and they'll send you a confirmation email. I chose the option to not have my stuff printed and showed the ticket offices my confirmation emails. I had seven months to price shop online and found Sav-On Tours had the best prices for activities in Oahu. The low prices were great but it was the exceptional service that sold me on Sav-On Tours. I only booked one tour (The Shark Adventure-which was terrific) prior to our arrival. Our other activities were all booked last minute while we were there. In fact, I called Bev while I was waiting in line at the USS Arizona Memorial to book Parasailing for later that same day and for a luau the next day(Thanksgiving). Bev arranged everything on the spot, sent a text to my cell phone with our confirmation numbers, and even faxed our vouchers to the vendors so I didn't have to worry about anything. We just showed up when and where Bev's told us with no worries. After we returned home to Kansas, I was still so impressed with the service we received that I actually called Bev to thank her.
