The sign of a high-quality business is how they take care of their customers when there is a problem. Capital continues to say that their defectively installed roof as examined and found by an independent engineering company is ok. I have taken 80 photos of the poor installation above my condo. One does need to be a roofer to see the improperly installed flashing, DaVinci roof tiles, snowguards, and snow fences that. Also, water is leaking thru the soffit instead of draining into the gutters. Snowguards have fallen off the roof as Capital did not use the 3 bolts to hold them in place and short cut the job and used one bolt which is not is required for proper installation or building code. The snow melt system that they installed does not work above my condo and we get huge icicles. One of the 4 story downspouts was not properly installed and was attached to the building and has pulled away for 3 stories. My Velux opening skylights never worked right. Capital took a remote control to reprogram it and never returned the remote control. YOU WOUDL HAVE BETTER LUCK INSTALLING A NEW ROOF BY YOURSELF VS. USING CAPITAL!!!

We went through multiple different roofing companies and got quotes from 5. Beyond Roofing was one…read moreof the most affordable. We initially picked another company being the cheapest trying to save $100. Boy was THAT a mistake. After signing a contract for that price, they inflated the cost to almost double saying it was an "error" and we needed to sign a new contract. We had to jump through hoops and retain an attorney to cancel that original contract. So you can imagine how skeptical we were when we decided to pick Beyond Roofing next. I about want to cry just thinking how lucky we got. They never raised the original price, they didn't play games, and most importantly... their work is top notch! Our house looks AMAZING. Other companies, you'll wait 2-4 weeks for material to come in, then another 2-4 weeks for the roof to be actually done. NOT with Beyond Roofing. One week! Yeup, within one week we had a signed contract and our roof done. We ended up spending additional money to re-do our decking... but it was our choice. What we suggest to people is do your research. Read the reviews. If they're off by a couple hundred dollars, go with Beyond Roofing. We regret not doing that from the start because it could've saved us 2 months of battling with another company who was shady, shady, shady! Todd inspected our roof and Dan did our contract. Both were super responsive and would get back to us with any questions we had (which were a lot).

This year we lost some shingles during a powerful windstorm. Dan at Beyond Roofing went the extra mile to source matching shingles, since the color of our shingles had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I felt that the guys at Beyond Roofing really treated me well and when the next weather event strikes I will not hesitate to give them my business.

**Very Disappointed With AVI Roofing - Unfair Labor Charges**…read more I have never experienced anything like this in my life. We bought a brand-new construction home from D.R. Horton in 2025. In 2026, we had to relocate and decided to sell our house. During the buyer's third-party inspection, we discovered that some parts of the roof were not properly done. I contacted AVI Roofing to fix the problem, but I was told our warranty had expired. After the repair, they sent me a bill charging **2 hours and 47 minutes for labor.** I checked my security cameras, and the workers arrived at exactly **9:35:23 AM and left at 10:35:44 AM.** That means they spent only **1 hour and 21 seconds** at my house, not 2 hours and 47 minutes. When I questioned the charges, I was told I also had to pay for their travel time. I understand that contractors travel to jobs, but why wasn't this explained clearly before the work was done? My house is only about 25 minutes away. What hurts me the most is that this is a new home, and we have already experienced roofing problems after living there for just 1 year and 9 months. If the roof had been properly installed in the first place, we wouldn't be dealing with these repairs so soon. I recently invited another contractor to my home for a different project. They came, inspected the work, and didn't charge me anything because no work was needed. **AVI Roofing, please do better. Be honest and transparent with your customers about labor charges and travel fees.** Customers deserve fair billing, especially when they are already dealing with problems in a nearly new home. I am very disappointed with this experience, and I hope AVI Roofing will review my bill and correct the labor charges. I have camera footage showing exactly when the workers arrived and left.

Navigating storm damage and insurance claims was stressful especially for a first timer like me, but Blake made the process transparent and straightforward. What set Blake apart right from our initial inspection was his honesty. Unlike many roofers who promise a guaranteed "slam dunk" insurance approval, Blake gave us an upfront, realistic assessment of our storm damage and set clear expectations regarding the claims process. He provided thorough documentation, met with the adjuster on-site a couple of times, and handled the coordination seamlessly. The crew was professional, completed the job quickly, left the yard spotless, and reinstalled our entire solar system seamlessly. On top of that, when it came to the final invoice, Blake was completely fair, transparent, and easy to work with on billing adjustments. Finding a contractor with genuine integrity is rare. I highly recommend Eagle Eye Renovations to anyone in the Parker area!
