We were overwhelmed by all of the choices, and on top of that, had a DECRA roof that not every company is equipped to repair. The LEMT salesperson, Rudy, was persistent but kind, and ultimately I'm grateful for his persistence, as our experience with LEMT has been nothing short of spectacular. On top of our home being on the larger side, with an also large shop building that was damaged as well, and our challenging (and expensive) DECRA roof, we were also dropped by State Farm within weeks of notifying them of the damage. We were worried about navigating the claim process with State Farm given that they weren't worried one bit about keeping our business. This is where Jason Cato, LEMT General Manager, came in clutch. Not only did he walk us through the entire process from the beginning and communicate daily on progress and challenges with pictures, but he was absolutely instrumental in us getting this enormous project approved and paid out by State Farm. My husband and I both have too much on our plates, and Jason took so much of the heavy lifting off of our hands by coordinating with our insurance company directly, and where he was unable to do so, provide us with the copy and terminology to assist us in getting through to the black hole that is insurance claim processing. Further proving my point, I spoke with our neighbor who had their wood shingle roof replaced months ago due tot he same storm, and she and her husband are still chasing payments with no idea of where to even escalate the issue. I felt gluttonous sharing our experience with LEMT taking the reigns, not having to worry about how all of this works. While the administrative heavy lifting was a huge help in getting this project approved and paid, the crew was a whole other ball of goodness. They were timely and courteous, and most importantly since we have a ton of animals that are family, their clean up each day was immaculate. Our roof looks crisp and perfect, and was completed far more quickly than we anticipated. This is a long-winded review, and I really could say so much more. My sincerest gratitude to everyone at LEMT for delivering above and beyond on the physical product, and even more so for the massive amount of work that went into getting it all submitted, processed, and approved by our insurance company. Any homeowner would be beyond fortunate to work with them.

After it was installed the handle and lock kept falling off. We had to wait several months for that repair to be done and the issue was never resolved. We had to tighten the handle ourselves. At the beginning of this year the door would not close. We called and were given an appointment in the beginning of April and the repair guy said that a bolt needed to be ordered and left the other part (arm) with us. We hadn't heard anything yet so we called today and were told that there is a limited warranty on locks, mechanisms etc of only 1 year. We checked the contract and it says limited but didn't specify how long. We were told that we would need to pay $$$ up front for the whole kit for them to replace the bolts. We would not recommend using this company due to the delays and poor custommer service that you would experience.

We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

My experience is not what I expected from Costco, Marvin and Lifetime.
