I had to really complain to get them installed in late September. The team arrived without enough metal framing to even complete the install. I cannot in good conscience recommend Pella Denver.

All About Glass came back immediately with a flat rate including labor and materials. They came out the same week to measure the glass that needed to be repaired. And then they came out the following week to replace the glass. The whole process was straightforward and easy. Communication was excellent at each point. They're nice and professional guys. This is a very good independently owned business to support. I would definitely use them again for any glass needs. Recommended!

When a local window company gave us an unusually high estimate to replace our fogged up, hard to…read moreslide patio door, we checked out Yelp for a better company. We found great reviews for JDI Windows. Rex, the owner, came out to do an estimate, and it sounded reasonable. His service manager Casey came out to measure. He estimated 6 weeks for the door to arrive. 6 weeks later on the dot, the installation took place. All appointments were scheduled and conducted on time with highly competent, efficient and friendly employees. Casey and Mark arrived, covered the work area and carpet, and two hours later we had a new smooth operating, clear see-thru, sturdy sliding glass door in place. We were very pleased with the door, the cost, and the entire installation process. JDI Windows is highly recommended. 10 Stars. JDI WINDOWS 720 427-4477 Thank you!

Extreme disappointment regarding the quality and installation of the 18 Simonton windows I…read morepurchased from JDI. The overall product quality is unsatisfactory, and the installation was subpar. I continue to experience drafts and excessive noise through all the windows. The amount of noise I receive from planes (I live nowhere near an airport) and cars is crazy; it was never like this with my old builder grade windows. Furthermore, the caulking is very sloppy. The owner said he was ok with the work and threatened to place a lien on my property the day after the windows were installed if I didn't pay, even though I was not satisfied. Following the owner's suggestion, I completed a Home Energy Audit. I have attached a few photos from that audit which clearly demonstrate significant temperature differences. I have also attached videos demonstrating the air leakage using a fog machine.(I can't attach all the pictures and videos I have and would be happy to share) After I called the troubleshooter radio show, the owner sent a crew to insulate three of the windows that I felt were the worst (which helped a little). I was then asked to pay for the insulation of the remaining windows. It is unclear why new windows would be installed without proper spray foam insulation in the first place. Additionally, two of the windows still do not close or lock correctly, even after the sashes were replaced twice. Given my significant investment, this has been a regrettable experience.

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

The windows have done well this far but I have one where the brick mold, part of the window frame, has cracked. Contacted gravinas 4 months ago. Spoke with owner who had me send a text with pictures and told me he would get this ordered. A month went by with nothing. Called and the warranty person there, Tausha, told me it never got ordered, then told me I don't have lifetime guarantee but a limited warranty, I stated nope, I have the paperwork to show this. Then she tells me factory won't cover this but will see what she can do. Then get an email saying they will get it ordered and installed. Months go by, appointments to install keep getting canceled by them, and this goes on for two months. Then finally after 4 months the window guy shows with weatherstripping in his hand! I said that is not what needs to be fixed, he agrees. Call Tausha who tries to tell me that factory recommends installing this weather stripping to avoid more cracking. Umm what? I said that is not what needs fixed and was told you had ordered the brick mold around the window. Her response is "you want the brick mold replaced?" Umm, yes, that's what is cracked! Then she tells me well the warranty doesn't cover that. lol I ask for the owner to speak with him. Puts me on hold for 5 minutes then comes back on saying the owner will call you and come out and look and you guys can talk about it. Great! Well owner has yet to call or show up.
