I originally gave Brian 4 stars due to a couple of issues. However, it's been almost 8 years since…read morehe put in my shower doors and the measurements were spot on and everything is still working great. In my master bathroom the opening is 96 tall and roughly 32 inches wide. I've been in a lot of bathrooms in VRBO's, hotels, customer bathrooms, friends/family ect..... Brian's measurements measurements were so exact and spot on. The glass literally grazes and slightly touches. No water guard between the fixed glass and operating door was put on or needed. Even with expansion and contraction of glass it is still exact. The glass is 1/2 inch this rain/tempered. I'm amazed even after 8 years how this looks and operates so I wanted people looking for shower doors to know how exact he is with measuring and installation. It's one thing to have it look good and operate well after install. It's another to have it work just as well 8 years later. I would give Brian a call for a quote at least to compare if you are looking at shower/tub door replacement.

An update, less than a year later. We were so happy with the product and install they did on a…read moresubstandard window in our 1978 addition, we did another failed window this spring. Again, the design team was great as we planned to change the use to a picture window with a view of the Boulder foothills. It was such a high wind and hail location, we almost never opened it and the old wood was mostly destroyed in a hail storm last fall. It came in 2 months early from Marvin ( how often does that happen these days ?) and the team installed today. It was on a second story of a house with a sloped yard. Not even a challenge for these guys. Real pros and were done by lunchtime after arriving right in time this morning. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and the result.

3 years ago we had a house built, and immediately had trouble with sliding glass doors not sealing…read morecorrectly and letting in cold and noise. We contacted the builder, who had gone out of business. He referred us to the window vendor, Signature Windows. Signature has been out here repeatedly and tried so damned hard to get these doors corrected. They asked the manufacturer for help, who did nothing. Finally, they sent their technicians to the manufacturer for training. The technician then came out to our house and FIXED THE DOORS! It is difficult to think of another contractor who would go above and beyond like Signature did. Thanks to Bruce and Tom and everyone at Signature for finally getting this right!
