Very disappointed with my recent experience at Compass Glass…read more I was initially quoted around $160 for an 86" x 14" mirror and another $40 to $60 for an outlet cutout. Based on that information, I moved forward and provided pricing to my client. After dropping off a detailed drawing on a Friday, I was told I'd have final numbers by Monday. Instead, I spent an entire week repeatedly calling for updates. Every time I called, I was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. Only after speaking with the owner on the following Friday did I finally receive a quote. The final price was $467, which was more than double what I had been led to expect. Mistakes happen, but poor communication and wildly inaccurate pricing put me in a difficult position with my client. After years of doing business here, this experience was frustrating enough that I took my business elsewhere.

Highlands Ranch Glass Company gave me a simple quote online once I provided the measurements. I decided to bring the frame to their storefront first to ensure the best fit. It was super easy to drop off and after measuring, they determined the final pricing which was a little cheaper than what they told me initially. They turned the new mirror around in a day and it looks amazing! Would definitely turn to this company again for any future glass and mirror needs!

Maybe I was one of the lucky ones, but I am shocked by some of the negative reviews on here…read more I was trying to find a place to make a custom mirror to put on my bar for my home. Being that I am from Los Angeles, I was looking to get a customized Lakers mirror. Now you can guess how people in Denver would react to something of that request! I spoke with Aaron, and maybe it is because both the Lakers and Nuggets are horrible this year, but he was quick to help me out without questioning my allegiance. The job they did was phenomenal! The turnaround was quick and the price quote for what I got seemed extremely reasonable. They actually custom drew on the logo to the mirror, and colored it in Purple and Gold. The best part is that it is a one of a kind mirror that nobody else has because it was made specifically for me. So now I can stare at my beautiful mirror, while i drink my booze and watch the Lakers lose!

A person from that company went there, and wanted to replace the screens in four areas and I was quoted a price in excess of $400. I called one of their competitors and was given a price less than half of that. Needless to say they will be doing the work when I have the screens replaced. I did tell the company that I wanted only 2 of the screens replaced, and I was met with a response that it would be a different color and the HOA I have the property at might not approve as a result. By this time I was extremely frustrated with the company and in order to end a phone call and move on, I told them I would contact the HOA myself for an answer. I had no intention of calling them, I just wanted to end the call and talk to a company that would appreciate my business and make me feel good as one of their customers. The person from bug out did not know how to take no for an answer. He tried texting me later that night. I did not respond and thought that would be the end of the matter. The man from bug out, did not think so. For the next 4 or 5 days he kept calling me and I did not answer the phone, I thought he would take a hint and simply leave me alone. After all, common sense tells most people that someone is not interested in what they have to offer if they are not responding to their communications, but that was not the case with this individual. When I finally had enough of the pestering phone calls, I picked up the phone and asked this person NOT to call back. He didn't call back, but he did text me and harassed me further. I texted him back and asked him what part of the word NO was it that he did not understand. Its too bad he could not take a hint. This obviously is a company that could not respect my wishes as a prospective customer. They are either money hungry or very desparate for business. My mother told me once that if I could not say anything nice about someone or something, don't say anything at all. I made an exception in this case because the contact with bug out was unprofessional and rude to me. I encourage people who don't want to have their time wasted or feel like someone has their fingerprints all over their back NOT to call or do business with this company. They will definitely waste your time and/or money. It's just too bad I could not give them a zero rating.
